M&L for repairing of LT Panel of any make type/size including replacement of following unserviceable accessories and all type of fabrication, welding, brazing and drilling work:- (a) Replacement of stainless steel hinges of suitable size. (b) Replacement of locking arrangement with Aldrop, locks (Front and rear door). (c) Replacement of Lugs as per site requirement. (d) Replacement of insulation sleeves (Red, Yellow, Blue, Black) for busbar, Note : (i) All other spare parts/accessories shall measured and paid separately under relevant items.

M&L in replacement of CRCA sheet of thickness 3 mm, size as per site requirement all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement of CRCA sheet of thickness 2 mm, size as per site requirement all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-charge.

M&L in repair MS frame for fixing of panel made out of mild steel angle iron as per site requirement cut to shape, drilled including bending and welding as necessary, reveting, etc.conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement of insulator for fixing the busbar grade 1100 volt, size as per site requirement including nut bolt and washers all as specified and directed.

M&L for anchor fastner nuts & bolts of mild steel for fixing of panel complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair of LED phase indicator lamp set (R,Y,B) operating voltage 220 Volt AC all as specified and directed.

M&L for scraping of old paint/rust etc by wire brush from body of LT panel and applying base material/ primer for smooth surface and painting with one coat of synthetic enamel paint to match existing colour complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair of Aluminium Bus Bar any Size (5x20, 10x20, 10x40, 10x50,10x80, 10x100 mm as per requirement at site including insulating with sleeves all as specified and directed.

(vi) All connections from MCCBs to bus bar & bus bar to MCCB shall be made with suitable size of aluminium strip, thimbles/ lugs (vii) All accessories prewired with copper conductor cable single core 2.5sqmm multistranded PVC insulated with copper thimbes/ lugs etc. (viii) Frame pedestal legs (4Nos.) made of MS angle of size 40x40x6 mm of length 750 mm, 300 mm below the ground and 450 mm above the gound level, grouted in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) blocks of suitable size.

Supply and fixing in replacement of automatic transfer switch with factory made enclosure current rating 250 A, four pole AC-31 A, 50 Hz , 415 V automatic/manual with complete protection including ATS wire Harness and automatic generator starter all as specified and directed by Engineer In-Charge . Make Havells Item Code No IHYFCDE250 or equivalent of makes Siemens/L&T/Indo Asian/ABB.

M&L earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60×60cm×6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron 25x4mm earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No.3 connected to earthing test point including testing on completion including watering GI pipe 20mm bore medium grade, 15mm bore light grade GI pipe for protection of earth lead including provision of concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C1, pre-cast RCC (1:2:4) type B1 cover slab 54 cm x 54 cm x 5 cm including 8mm dia TMT bars both ways @ 15cm centre to centre with one handle for lifting made out of 8mm dia MS bar, funnel & wire mesh, excavation and earth work in any type of soil complete including dismantling existing all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking out, dismantling the Servo stablizer from foundation and transporting the same to workshop , taking out of all burnt winding wires by strip opening of 3 phase voltage stablizer of any make , rewinding the stablizer with super enameled copper winding wire of required gauge and quantity including varnishing insulation sheet, cotton, glass sleave etc as required reassembling testing transporting back to site from workshop installing back and making connection and again testing for 100 KVA servo voltagestabillizer for improved performance all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge . Note : Supply only winding wire and M&L oil shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items.

M &L for Repair and comprehensive maintenance of Air Circuit breaker of any make and any capacity by disconnecting the breaker from existing position and detecting the fault, commossioning, replacement of the following defective parts with new ones :- (a) Tripping coil, spring holder. (b) Push buttom. (c) Contactor. (d) Trip coil Supervision (e) Aux switch (f) UVT Coil (g) Miss Insertion preventer (h) Control terminal protection cover (j) Mechanical interlock etc all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- (i) All other Spare parts shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items. (ii) Repairs shall be done within 3days after intimation to contractor by JE/Engr-in-Charge failing which penalty of Rs 1000/- per day will be levied on contractor.

Supply and fixing cable jointing kit for 1.1 KV grade cable for straight through joint complete with Jointing material heat Shrink type and accessories suitable for 3½ core XLPE, armoured, Al conductor cable of size 120 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Alluminium lugs eye type suitable for cable size 240 sq mm including necessary crimping tool including taking down of old one complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fixing in repair flexiboard box for sub-station and pump houses building, of size 1.8mx0.5mx0.3m, outer front frame of board shall be made out of Aluminium angle of size 38mmx 38mmx 3mm, sides and back shall be made of GI sheet 18 gauge thick. The marking/writing of SUB STATION NO/PUMP HOUSE NO will be made out of radium letters and font size will be decided by Engineer in charge. Approximate 15 to 20 letters to be accomodated within the board. The box shall should be provided with two Nos. of LED bulbs of not less than 09 watt with holder and wire for connection at both ends. The electric connection to be given by means of suitable wire size through conduit from the respective sub stations and pump house buildings. The contractor shall provide the holding arrangment on the wall of pump houses/ substation building complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for complete removal old paint/rust etc. by scraping with wire brush from rolling shutter and painting with two coats of synthetic enameled paint and one coat of red oxide primer, to match existing colour complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

A Schedule of Credit for old/unserviceable demolished/dismantled items has been catered for in the tender. The Schedule of Credit is pre-priced by MES. The final amount of the tender shall be arrived at after deducting the total amount of Schedule of Credit from the total amount of BoQ as per General Summary sheet catered for after Schedule of Credit.
