Construction of Ration shop

Earth work excavation and depositing on bank with initial lead of 10metres and lift of 2metres in all kinds of soil except mediumrock, dense medium rock and hard rock requiring blasting including refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth in layers of 15cm thick, watering and consolidation and depositing the surplus earth with in the compound in places as shown by the departmental officers with initial lead and lift. cleaning,levelling the site etc,. complete complying with standard specifications.(TNBP No.20B)

Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (one cement four fine aggregates and eight coarse aggregates) using 40mm size ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and including for the mixing, laying and labour charges and all incidential charges such as water providing etc., complete as per standard specification

Providing steel centering for sides and soffits including supports and strutting upto 1:10/1:20 up to 3.29m height for plain surfaces such as RCC slabs, rectangular beams, Tee beams, bed blocks, Culvert body walls, deck slabs, retaining walls, staircase, Landing slab, landing beams, canopy etc., with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90mm x60mmx10gauge stiffened into welded mild steel angles of size 25mmx6mm for boarding laid over silver oak (Country wood) joists of size 10cmx 6.5cm spaced at 90cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 15cm c/c including cost of nails, ropes, all labour charges and incidental charges etc. complete complying with standard specification.(TNBP Spl. Brickwork in cement mortar 1:5 (one cement and five sand) using country bricks of size 83/4"x41/4"x23/4" including curing, cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc. complete as per standard specifications

Reinforced cement concrete 1:1½:3 (one cement and half sand and three aggregates) using 20mm ISS Hard broken granite stone jelly for Reinforced cement concrete works excluding cost of shuttering, and cost of reinforcement but including cost and conveyance of materials to work site, all labour charges and incidental charges for mixing and laying concrete,finishing the surface nearly rough, compacting using vibrators, curing etc, complete complying with standard specification.(TNBP No.30)

Supplying, fabrication and placing in position of steel reinforcement using mild steel (or) ribbed tar steel rods, for all RCC works as per the design given by the departmental officers including cost of steel and binding wire and all labour charges for cutting, bending rods, tieing into grills, placing in position etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers.( TNBP No: 15886)

Plastering with cement mortar 1:3,10 mm ,thick in all floors including cost and conveyance of all materilas to site and labour charges etc,complete as per standard specifications (S.I.306)

Plastering with cement mortar (1:5) 12mm ,thick in all floors including cost and conveyance of all materilas to site and labour charges etc,complete as per standard specifications (S.I.306)

Paving the floor with Vitrified Marbonite tiles of approved quality and colour of size 600x600x8mm thick of approved make, quality and colour in all floors over a base layer of cement mortar 1:3(one cement three sand) 20mm thick and laid straight alignment and pointed neatly with colour cement at the rate of 0.40kg/m2 laid without any air gap in the tiles neatly and fixing in position as per standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officer. The colour & quality of tiles should be got approved by Municipal Engineer before use on work

Painting two coats over new iron work with ready mixed paint of approved quality and colour including cost of all materials and labour charges, brushes and scaffolding charges etc. complete as per standard specification

Painting 2 coats with approved cement paint over cement plastered wall surface, ceiling and other new surface and including cleaning, preparing the surface and curing etc., complete.

Wirinng with 2x1.5sq.mm (22/0.3) PVC insulated SC. unsheathed Cu.Conductor of 1100V garade in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories and with TW switch box and 5A FT switch inflush with wall covered with hylum sheet of 3mm thick with painting of suitable colour for open PVC light/fan point (for electronic regulator) (5 points per coil)(SD 22)

Wirinng with 2x1.5sq.mm (22/0.3) PVC insulated SC. unsheathed Cu.Conductor of 1100V garade in suitable PVC rigid pipe Concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessories in flush with wall with 150mmx100mmx113mm TW switch box with 3mm thick Hylem sheet cover for 5A3 pin non inter locking CS plug with continuous earth wire connection by 14 SWG TC wire and Making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for concealed PVC Plug point(SD 38)

Supply and fixing of 1200mm (48") sweep AC ceiling fan complete with stepped electronic 300W regulator, with 1 metre down rod with fan clamp with side plates and cross arm of size 450mm(18")(SD 106)

Supply and fixing of single box type 4'36 W flu fitting complete with electronic ballast with TW round blocks on wall or ceiling with flu tube with PVC unsheathed copper leads from terminals to the fitting(SD 87)

Dismantling ,clearing away and carefully stacking materials useful for re-use for any thick ness of wallsDismantling of Plain cement concrete

Supply and fixing of M.S Grills with Doors and Windows with one coat of Red oxide with Primer including all costs such as welding,grinding and fabrication charges, cost and conveyance of all materials to site etc,complete as per standard specification.
