Carrying out manhole covers/gully traps of any type and any depth removing the sludge/solid content from the manhole/gully trap by manual/ mechanical method and also cleaning the sewage line of any dia and at any depth either by water pressure or by any other flushing or roding and other suitable means at the discretion of the contractor at his own arrangements so as to remove the blockage and making the sewer lines and manhole/gully trap fully functional to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge also to remove the sludge/solid contents out of defence land including covering with a layer of earth and repositioning of the RCC/CI cover slab all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge in NE Zone under. The complaint shall be cleared/rectified to the complete satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge within 24 hours.

Desilting of septic tank/soakage pit of any size, type and any depth and removing the sludge/solid content from the septic tank/soakage pit by manual/ mechanical method or any other suitable means at the discretion of the contractor at his own arrangements and make the septic tank/soakage pit fully functional to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge also to remove the sludge/solid contents out of defence land including covering with a layer of earth and repositioning of the RCC/CI cover slab all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge in NE Zone.

Cleaning of blockage IWC, EWC, Wash Basin, gully trap, floor trap etc either by hand pump or by rodding or by any other means untill clear flow is observed all as specified and as directed by Engr -in Charge

Supply and fixing in repairs vitreous china squatting pan water closet,Orrisa pattern of size 580mmx440mm white with integral foot rests excluding flushing cistertn and flush pipe complete all as specifed by engineer in charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F Non skid ceramic floor tiles of 7 to 8mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but n.exc 0.11 sqm in floors etc with 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of mortar for laying floor finishes in CM (1:6), set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement complete all as specifed by engineer in charge.

M&L for Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 350x 250x 7 mm/ 450X 350X 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over and including 10mm thick CM (1:4) backing coat complete all as specifed by engineer in charge.

Cutting into exisiting manholes for connecting new drains, making good to pipes and rendering, cutting out existing benching and forming branch channel, half round or 3/4 section in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B smooth finished and reforming benching as required, internal dia of pipe 150mm complete all as specifed by engineer in charge.
