REPAIR TO CERTAIN BLACK TOP ROAD, CULVERTS, RETAINING WALL ETC AT RMS DHOULPUR UNDER GE BHARATPUR

Preparing of existing black top surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud and bushes near road side etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc & applying evenly a priming tack coat with bituminous primer VG-10 grade @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete 30mm consolidate thickness with 5.5% binder content paving bitumen VG-30 by weight of total mix and stone dust using as filler material laid with mechanical paver rolled and compacted with 8 to 12 tonne power road roller to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed. Notes :- (i) Premix concrete shall be mixed in hot mix plant, transported from plant to work site and laid / spread by means of mechanical paver. (ii) Filler for semi dense asphaltic concrete shall be stone dust @ 2% of total mix. (iii) Contractor shall quote his rate on the basis of binder as mentioned in this item. If there is any variation in the actual binder content used as per design mix approved by GE, the rate shall be adjusted @ ₹ 36.00 per Kg of binder used. However no price adjustment shall be made if the binder content works out to more than as specified in said items.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc. 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removing debris exceeding 100m away complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone boulder masonary built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (Using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in floor paving and finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for walling of random rubble, uncoursed well bonded bedded, and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as sepcified and directed.

M&L for walling of random rubble stone masonry, uncoursed well bonded bedded, and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:6 but except stone. Complete all as specified and directed. Note : Stone obtained from item No 04 shall be used in this item.

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones and dressing of face beds and joints as specified of random rubble walling uncoursed or brought up to courses with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface n exc 40mm on lime or sand stones complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete (1:2:4), type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.50m clear span, cills steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parpets and railing upto 60cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs , water troughs and the like including weathering , slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary form works etc complete all as specified and directed..

M&L for flush pointing to random rubble masonry, uncoursed or brought up to courses in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Cat eyes reflactive aluminium & ABS stud white body with both side red lens and yellow body with both side yellow lens of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm without sank fixed on existing black top / concrete surface of road including necessary fixing arrangement with epoxy / thermoplastic adhesive all as per manufactures instruction and complying to guidlines issued by ministry of road transport complete all as specified and directed. Make :- 3M (290 Series) Avery Dennision (india) Ltd or equivalent item of makes given in appendix 'A' to particular specifications.

M&L for cleaning and preparing road surface and providing road marking paint 100mm in width, white with reflective thermoplastic paint confirming to BIS 3262 laid down through road maring machie in a layer painting lines dashes, arrows, letters etc on roads, pavements and likes not exc, 10 cm wide with road marking tharmoplastic paint white/yellow CRYSTALEX using 5 Kg material per Sqm by incorporating the withe glass beads for reflectivity complete all as specified and directed.
