Repair to spider by straightening by way of heating and cutting the defective portion by gas cutter and re-welding after straightening on hydraulic press. Reinforcement with M. S. Plate pieces with welding in alternative layers and repair to slips by making grooves of required size and tempering the slips including cost of material and labour and to and fro shifting and handling of material. complete job

Dismantling of the bearing housing and extracting out the damaged ball bearings with the help of pullers or gas cutting system-2 Nos. Then repair to the bearing housing by way of fabrication and fitting of sleeves as per the size of the bearings for proper fitment. Then providing and fitting of ball bearing as per original sample and greasing them properly. Complete job with cost of material and labour charges etc.
Repair to the breaking system of the Percussion Rig Machine by way of dismantling of all its components such as break lining/leathers etc. from all the break drums , then providing and fitting of new break leathers/ lining with rivets. Providing and fitting of sleeves to the drums where ever required. The job further includes fabrication of new lever, pins, and bushes in order to reduce the play and frictional forces within the breaking systems. Reassembling of all the dismantled parts. Then rerolling of steel wire ropes on the respective drums. Complete job including the cost of material and labour charges
Repair to the idler assembly of the Percussion Rig Machine by way of dismantling of all its components. Then repair to the idler shaft by way of rebuilding, turning and finishing to the proper shape and size. Then providing and fitting of damaged parts such as G.M. Bushes for plumber block, female 7 male claw coupling, distance piece with stud, bracket with G.M. Bushand chain pinion. Complete job with cost of material and labour charges
Complete painting of Percussion Rig Machine P-3000 and accessories by way of filing/cleaning them with emery cloth to remove dust, dirt and rust and applying a primary coat of red oxide primer and subsequently two coats of synthetic enamel to give it a smooth surface. Complete job with cost of material and labour charges. Complete Job.
