M&L for obtaining approved earth (Stabilised soil) from out side of MoD land and transporting to site and depositing for embankment/filling of craters complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Cost of digging earth pit for obtaining soil is included in quoted unit rate)

Forming embankment including raising or lowering earth, spreading in layers not exc. 30cm thick, watering and ramming/rolling under optimum moisture conditions to the specified percentage of standard proctor density not less than 98% and finishing to required size, shapes, grade or camber n. exc. 1.5 mtr high from the base, complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- (i) To arrive at finished quantity for payment purpose 5% deduction for bulkage shall be made.)

All as per item No 02 above but additional 1.5 mtr height above the first 1.5 mtr height, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for construction of granular sub-base 200 mm thick (compacted) in single layer using crushed or broken stone aggregates, grading-I, rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber as required, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 200mm thick (compacted thickness ) WMM laid in single layer, grading as per MORTH guidelines, using crushed stone coarse aggregate, spread, rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber as specified & directed. (Note:- WMM shall be laid in single layer using tandem vibratory roller.)

M&L for preparing WMM surface by brushing with brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a tack coat with bituminous primer @ 10 kg per 10 sqm with using paving bitumen (VG-30) over wet mix macadam (WMM) surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 150 mm thick (consolidated thickness) dense asphaltic concrete (DAC) to be laid in three layers (50mm each) rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber with binder content as per job mix formula for minimum stablilty 1200Kg (Subject to minimum 6 % by weight of total mix) and coarse aggreagte (Grading-II) including 43 grade cement as filler using PMB (Polymer modified bitumen) (IS : 15462-2004) with 75% elastic recovery conforming to IRC-53-2010, complete all as specified and directed.

Hiring of 02 Nos Tractor with 02 Nos trolly including POL and 02 Nos Driver for loading/unloading of earth material wherever directed by the Engineer in Charge for per day, complete all as specified and directed.

Hiring of 01 No JCB (Hydraulic excavator/loader) for earthwork including POL & 01 No Operator wherever directed by the Engineer in Charge for per day, complete all as specified and directed.

Hiring of 01 No Road Roller (Vibratory/Tandem) including POL & 01 No Driver/Operator for rolling & consolidation wherever directed by Engr-in-Charge for per day, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repairs to broken/damaged portion of concrete slab or pavement by cutting damaged portion spoiled edges of slab to rectangular cross section and removing all loose and foreign materials, depositing same to a distance exceeding 150m and not exceeding 250m and cleaning the surface by compressed air to remove all loose dirt, dust and foreign material etc and filling epoxy resin primer as per manufacturer's instructions including necessary form work required, complete all as specified and directed.
