Taking down ceiling fan/exhaust fan of any sweep sealing cable end dismanting blade and removing fan and blade to store complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for painting of ceiling fan complete in situ with synthetic enamel paint by spraying including filling cavity with filler one coat after cleaning all dust etc complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing of ceiling/exhaust fan after rewinding/servicing greasing change of bearing if reqd ,including making serviceable and noise free in all respect and connecting up including provn of cable from ceiling rose or connector to fan complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Rate Quated by Contractor shall be inclusive for replacing all unsv item like quater pin ,nut bolt with check nut ,rubber real etc.)

Taking down storage geyser of any capacity after disconnecting electrical connection from existing socket ,removing the bolts and nuts from wall and disconnected inlet and outlet water connection and handover to unit for keeping it in safe custody complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for painting of old geyser of any capacity with white colour synthetic synthetic enamel paint by spraying including filling cavity with filler one coat after cleaning all dust etc complete all as specified and directed.

Refixing the geyser at it's original location after repair/replacing the unsv items like heating element ,thermostat,PVC connection pipe of hot & cold type changing of outer body with its inner tank if found unservicable ,Making Geyer serviceable in all respect complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Rate Quated by Contractor shall be inclusive for replacing all unsv item like Sefty valve ,Heating element ,Thermostat ,PVC Connection pipe of hot & cold type ,Changing of outer body with its inner tank etec.)

M&L for bore earthing in repair not less than 250 mm dia 16 feet deep filled with black soil up to 7 feet from bottom complete with galvanized iron pipe 40 mm bore medium grade 3 meter long tapers at bottom & provided 12 mm holes (staggered) at 75 mm centre to centre up to 2.5 meter of length from bottom , burried directly in ground filled with 45 cm alternate layer of chemical magnisium sulphate, charcoal & salt up to ground level connected to 4.00 mm dia GI wire as earthing lead up to 7.5 mtr by means of bolt and nut, check nuts and washer of galvanized iron or steel including brazing work and 40mm dia light grade pipe for earth lead protection connected to electrical equipment and earthing test point , earth dolly and earth chamber as shown in elect plate No 2 of SSR Part-I including all necessary earth work, excavation, earth chamber with PCC 1:3:6, Type C1 and RCC chamber cover of PCC 1:2:4 with handle and 20 mm dia GI watering pipe with funnel and wire mesh etc and testing on complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repair of for Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in pipe or fixed to DBs or any other indicated situation for loop earthing with GI wire 4 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair of 20 mm dia GI Tubing light grade for earthing wire protection complete all as specified and directed.
