KID-179 Improvement to Disty.no.13 of Kendrapara Canal between RD 2.830 Km to 3.500 Km.

Excavation of any approved type of soil in approved borrow area by mechanical means loading into and transportation by mechanical means and unloading the soil within initial lead of 5 Km on properly prepared and scientifically approved surface including spreading and leveling the earth in 22.5 cm layers to make ready for watering and ordinary compaction by PRR for all heights including construction, maintenance, watering and lighting of haul road and borrow area and royality of earth etc.complete asper the direction of Engineer in Charge. Borrow area will be arranged by the Agency at his own cost and risk.(Measurement to be taken on finished compacted section & borrow area will be arranged by the Agency at his own cost and risk.)

Flank dressing with proper camber with all labour, T&P etc. complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying stone screen dust for sub-base in layers not exceeding 225mm watering & compacting to the required density in OMC with PRR including cost,conveyance,royality & GT of all materials to work site as per the specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing laying spreading & compacting stone aggregates of Grade-I metals of 90mm to 45mm size to water bound macadam specifications for compacted thickness of 100mm using 1.21 cum of metal 0.27 cum of stone screened dust & 0.08 Cum of binding materials for 10 sqm including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing rolling with 3-wheeled steel roller 8-10 tones in stages to proper grade & camber applying & brooming crusher dust & binding materials to fill up the interstices, watering & compacting to proper density as per clause 404 of MoSRT & H specificationfor Road & Bridge works (4th revision) includingcost conveyance,royality & GST of all materials to all materials to work site etc complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates to 200 mm thickness with IRC Grade - III materials as per table-401-I to WBM specification including spreading in uniform layers with moter grader on prepared surface mixing by mix place method with rotavater, rolling with VRR in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming using stone screened dust as binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregates , watering and compacting to the required density at OMC as per clause 401 of MoSRT & H specifications for road & Bridge works (4th Revision) with all leads, lifts and delifts including cost, conveyance, royalty, cess etc. including labours and hire charges of T&P materials required for the work, hire and running charges of machineries etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Labour for scarping cleaning the road surface and applying tack coat using 3.00 Kg of bitumen for 10 sqm & laying 20mm thick premix carpet using 0.27 cum of 13.20mm to 5.60 mm size crushed stone chipping and 14.60 kg of penetrtion grade of bitumen for 10 sqm including hand packing to proper camber and consolidation with PRR, bitumen mitxtures, tar boilers, and all other T&P materials hire & running charges of PRR with cost, carriage, royalty of materials required etc.complete asper specification and direction of Engineer in Charge.

Providing Laying 6mm thick pre-coated seal coat Type-B using 0.06 cum to 6.70 mm & down graded size chips as per sieve analysis and 6.80Kg of bitumen per 10 sqm including hire and running charges of PRR, hot mix plant, tar boiler etc. and cost, conveyance, royalty of chips & bitumen and labour charges etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Blinding road surface with sand 6mm thick including cost, conveyance, royalty, labour charges etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
