M&L for 18 mm thick green marble (of any type) work (table rubbed & polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms & like including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match shade of granite laid over and including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4,including demolition of existing marble, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tilling and terrazo topping incl cement mortar bedding ( but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to stores and rubish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non-skid ceramic jointless coloured tiles, 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.11 sqm but n exc 0.18 sqm in floor etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in white or coloured cement mixed with pigment to match, laid over and including 15mm thick screed layer in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M &L for Non skid ceramic jointless coloured tiles, 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.18 sqm but nexc 0.38 sqm in skirting etc set & jointed in neat cement slury & pointed in white or coloured cement mixed with pigment to match over and including 10mm thick screed layer in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 450mmx300mm, thickness 7mm as in vertical surfaces such as skirting, dado, etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with coloured cement to match, laid over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in sub base of floors, surface finished even & rough to receive floor top finish complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs Rotational moulded polyethlene water storage tanks three layers of 500 ltrs capacity ISI marked (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part-I including 20mm bore Ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high-density plastic bal screwed for iron pipe and fixed refixing of inlet, outlet & over flow pipe etc. (Minimum weight of 20mm ball valve - 210 gms complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames including shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) area not exc. 1.5 Sqm each, complete all as specified and directed.
