Special Eligibility Criteria

   (1)Only OEMs or their authorized agents/dealers/distributors are eligible to participate in the Tender.The authorized agent/dealer/distributors must quote with tender specific authorization from manufacturer/OEM along with the offer failing which offer will be summarily rejected. 2) The OEM or its authorized representative should have established in India a functioning Service Support Centre for service/repair of the offered model of VHF sets. Proof of availability of functioning service support centers with address and Names & contacts details of key personnel shall be submitted by the tenderer along with the offer. 3) The tenderer should have valid Dealer Possession License (DPL) from WPC to fulfill all the WPC regulations. Copy of the DPL shall be submitted along with the offer failing which the offer shall be summarily rejected. 4) The tenderer/OEM should have valid mandatory regulatory certifications i.e. MTCTE certification and WPC certification applicable to 25 W VHF sets. Tenderers shall submit these certificates along with their offer, failing which offer shall be summarily rejected. 5) The tenderer shall submit an undertaking that they will submit fitment guarantee certificate for accessories from OEM at the time of supply. 6) The Tenderer must enclose para wise wise compliance of all clauses of RDSO Specifications RDSO/ SPN/TC/ 107/ 2018 Ver 2.1 or latest. Offers received without para wise compliance of RDSO Specifications shall be summarily rejected. 7) The Tenderer should have successfully supplied single/multiple orders of offered model for a minimum 20% of tendered quantity in the Indian Railways/Other central Government Department during 5 previous financial year and current financial year upto date of tender closing. Tenderer must enclose the copy of Challan/R Note/ IC as proof of successful supply of material along with the offer.

   GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS: Bank Account details for the purpose of payment shall be taken as appearing in the profile of the vendor in IREPS. In case, there is any change in the bank account details, vendors are advised to update their bank account details in their IREPS profile.    Corrigendum: Purchaser reserves the right to issue any corrigendum to the tender up to five days prior to the due date of opening of the tender, excluding the date of opening. Tenderers are also advised, in their own interest, to regularly check, till the opening of the tender, the website www.ireps.gov.in to see whether any such corrigendum to the tender has been issued or not and for submitting their e-bids or revising their e-bids.

   Firm to note that by giving their financial bid, they agree to supply the tendered stores at the rates quoted by them in accordance with special and other conditions specified/ attached with the tender. - Delivery schedule indicated in the tender schedule in tentative and may vary as per the requirement of railway at the time of finalization of tender/release of purchase order. However, offers with large variation from tendered delivery schedule may be ignored or considered for restricted order quantity.

   In order to avail Benefits and preferential treatment entitled to MSE's , the MSE's bidders must be registered with UDYAM (UDYAM Registration Certificate) as per terms of clause 2.4.1 of the Instructions to Tenderers for e-tenders, ITT_Rev_1.20_ July_ 2023 and Correction Slip No.1 Instructions to tenderers for electronic tenders ITT_Rev_1.20_ July_ 2023,
