PROVN OF ROOF TREATMENT AT VARIOUS SMQS, PROVN OF WIRING FOR CERTAIN EQPT INSTALLED IN BLDG NO. P-37 (IMMOLS SERVER) AND PROVN OF GEYSERS IN AIRMEN BILLET AND AIRMEN MESS AT AF STN HASIMARA

Taking out old damaged tarfelt or membran of any description including screed bed or bedding layer and removing of debris to a distance exc. 50m and n. exc. 100m and cleaning roof surfaces to remove all loose dust etc., roughening surfaces of old concrete roof by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water using wire brush, brooming down and applying the following treatment all as directed in order of precedence as stated: (a) Brushing neat cement slury with 3.0 kg of cement per Sqm. (b) 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM (1:4) with water proofing compound as per manufacturer instruction on existing roof surface true to level. (c) Applying one coat of bituminous primer @ 0.40 Ltr/Sqm. (d) Supply and laying 3mm thick APP based polymeric membrane of approved manufactured with weight not less than 3.50 Kgs per Sqm reinforced with non-woven polyester fabric weighing not less than 160gms per Sqm having softening point not less than 15°C, having tensile strength of 650 N/Sqcm and 350 N/Sqcm in longitudinal and transverse directions respectively of the reinforced tearing strength of 180 N by torch application. Polymeric membrane shall be taken to a height of 30cm (minimum) and then inserted inside the groove of parapet wall and shall be finished by a membrane flashing. (e) Applying one coat of aluminium paint @ 0.11 Kg/Sgm over APP membrane surface. Note:- (i) Laying APP based polymeric membrane shall be done torch on method as per manufactures instructions. (ii) A minimum overlap of 100mm and 75mm should be made at the end and sides of the polymeric membrane respectively and sealed all overlaps and joints as per manufacturers instruction. (iii) APP based polymeric membrane shall be of any one of the approved makes as specified here-in-after and shall conform to specifications given in IS 16540-2017/1S 16532 2017. (iv) Contractor shall produce necessary test certificate of the manufacturer to the Engr-in-Charge before incorporation in the work. (v) Necessary independent tests shall also be carried out by the contractor without any extra cost to the Deptt as per relevant IS specifications and membranes with satisfactory test results shall only be incorporated in the work. (vi) WPC shall be measured and paid separately as supply only. (vii) The work shall be executed through authorised applicators of original manufacturer only.

Removal of vegetation/grass etc including cutting holes into or through brick walls/concrete and removal of small trees/woods etc (by applying best tree root/vegetation killer "copper sulphate" chemical composition) and making good disturbed surfaces with cement concrete (1:2:4), type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate), complete all as pecified and directed.

Cleaning/uprooting of vegetation/small trees, muds, garbages, waste etc growth (by applying best tree root/vegetation killer "copper sulphate" chemical composition) wherever required on inaccessible RCC roof, AC sheet roof, below wind tie, cleaning of AC sheet/CGI sheet, valley gutter and shaft portion of wall surfaces, back side of toilet portion, complete all as pecified and directed.

Taking down 20mm bore steel water tubing and connection from wall /ceiling surfaces including cleaning for re-fixing or removing from site of work, complete all as pecified and directed.

S&F steel water tubing and connection medium grade 20mm bore with all fitting fixed to wall or in ceiling, complete all as specified and directed.

Re-fixing of old steel tubing and connection 20mm bore in new or old position complete on wall/ceiling, complete all as pecified and directed. (Note: GI pipe obtained from taking down shall be re-used)

Taking down 15mm bore steel water tubing and connection from wall /ceiling surfaces including cleaning for re-fixing or removing from site of work, complete all as pecified and directed.

S&F steel water tubing and connection medium grade 15mm bore with all fitting fixed to wall or in ceiling, complete all as pecified and directed.

Re-fixing of old steel tubing and connection 15mm bore in new or old position complete on wall/ceiling, complete all as pecified and directed. (Note: GI pipe obtained from taking down shall be re-used)

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete (water tank) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, complete all as specified and directed. (Note- Reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition)

Disconnecting exc. 250 but n. exc. 500 ltrs existing PVC water tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if requied reconnecting and re-fixing in position, complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Cleaning, reparing, etc. shall be measured seprately)

Disconnecting exc 500 but n. exc. 1000 ltrs existing PVC water tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if requied reconnecting and re-fixing in position, complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Cleaning, reparing, etc. shall be measured seprately)

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc., separation of serviceable materials from the unserviceable, stacking the serviceable materials within 100 m and disposal of unserviceable materials, debris and rubbish to a distance not exceeding 100m, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for brick work with sub-class ‘B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:4) ,complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete surfaces incl racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick in two layer (10mm+5mm) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4), mixed with integral water proofing compound with weight of cement in top layer as per manufacturer's instructions and finished the surface even and fair without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed. (Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately as supply only).

M&L for applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of Alkali resistant primer to new plastered surfaces of wall including preparation of surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Integral water proofing compound, complete all as directed.

Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete of any descrition and in any position not other wise specially provided for and disposal of unserviceable materials, debris and rubbish to a distance not exceeding 100m, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 40mm thick PCC (1:2:4), type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in platform of water storage tank etc, finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth with out using extra cement, complete as specified and directed.

S&F electric water heater (Geyser) storage type 50 ltr capacity, rust proof ABS outer bodt with high quality steel inner tank and heating element upto 2 KW, BEE 5 star rated complete with all accessories such as safety valve, thermostate, NRV, connection pipe with brass nut of suitable size, including all connected work such hanging arrangement to wall with suitable fastner, including connection of inlet/outlet pipe to the nearest tapping point of water, electric concealed connection up to power point with suitable size copper conductor flexibel three core wire and plug top complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for point wiring with colour coding multistranded copper conductor cable, PVC insulated (FRLSH) and unsheated size 4 sqmm with casing caping with fixing accessories, to be fixed on wooden gutties or plastic rawal plug, for 3/5 pins socket outlet 15 Amps independent / plug socket with pressed steel concealed terminal boxes covered with 3mm thick laminated sheet/modular with all fittings (ISI Marked) incl continous earth wire of PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable size 4 sqmm for earth wire conncected to common earth dolly all as specified and directed.

S&F DB with MCB SPN and 25Amp, 5 pin socket combination with PVC plug top and enclosed with steel enclosure flush mounted, complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying of CPVC pipes 16mm SDR 11 including plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings on walls/ceiling or laying in floors, complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying of CPVC pipes 25 mm SDR 11 including plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings on walls/ceiling or laying in floors, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Cutting existing steel tubing of size 25 or 32 bore for alterations or additions including fitment as required complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 15mm bore bib taps chromium plated, cast copper alloy with crutch or butterfly handle,screwed down ,screw for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 15mm bore stop valve cast copper alloy, screw down high pressure with crutches or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for union, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for point wiring complete as specified with 1100 V grade with 1.5 Sqmm single core PVC insulated unsheathed FRLSH cable, copper conductor multistranded passing through including concealed PVC conduit not less than 20mm dia with concealed modular box suitable for logic modular switches, sockets, etc and logic modular cover plates, sorroundings of suitable size as required at site with PVC insulated FRLSH unsheathed stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 sqmm as earth wire connected to common earth dully for 5 Amp switch socket on independent board, complete all as specified and directed. Note: - (i) Rate quoted shall include for cost of flush metal box and concealed in wall, including cutting and sinking of boxes and making good to the walls. (ii) Provision of cover plates/sorroundings of any module/blank plates as per site requirement shall deemed to be included in the quoted unit rate.

All as per item No 29.00 here-in before but size of cable 4.0 sqmm with earth wire of 4.0 Sqmm but with independent circuit from the DB, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for submain wiring wiring with two single core PVC insulated unsheathed, multistranded flexible copper conductor 1100Volts grade, FRLSH type, cables 4 Sqmm drawn in and including heavy duty PVC casing-caping/PVC conduit not less than 20mm size including 4 Sqmm 1100 Volts grade, FRLSH type, PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded flexible copper conductor cable as continuous earth wire and connecting to common earth dolly, complete all as specified and directed. Note:-(a) Three runs of cable shall be measured as one length of sub main. (b) PVC casing-caping/PVC conduit and its accessories is deemed to be included in the unit quoted rate.

M&L for submain wiring wiring with two single core PVC insulated unsheathed, multistranded flexible copper conductor 1100Volts grade, FRLSH type, cables 6 Sqmm drawn in and including heavy duty PVC casing-caping/PVC conduit not less than 20mm size including 6 Sqmm 1100 Volts grade, FRLSH type, PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded flexible copper conductor cable as continuous earth wire and connecting to common earth dolly, complete all as specified and directed. Note:-(a) Three runs of cable shall be measured as one length of sub main. (b) PVC casing-caping/PVC conduit and its accessories is deemed to be included in the unit quoted rate.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6.3cm thick burried directly in gorund (earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr normal ground level),and top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connected to galvanised means of earth wire 4mm dia with bolts, nuts & check nuts, and washers of galvanised iron protection pipe light grade of 20mm bore and watering pipe GI medium grade of 20mm bore and filled with alternate layer of charcoal and common salt, watering funnel with wire mesh, earth pit chamber and cover CI frame PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 all as shown in electrical plate No-3 of SSR part-I of 2009 connected to earthing test point all as specified and indicated including all earth work excavation, returning filling and disposal of surplus soil and testing on completion, complete all as specified and directed. Note: (a) In case of satisfactory results not achieved or results degrade during one year of recharging of the earthing, the same shall be made good/recharged again in order to have required test results within contract/defect liability period without any extra cost to the department. (b) Necessary compound required for recharging shall be measured and paid separately.

S&F on load change over switch 415 voly in sheet metal enclosure 4 pole of capacity 63 Amp fixed on wall with all accessories, complete all as specified and as directed.

Note: An amount of Rs.7800.00 on account of Credit Schedule for schedule 'A' part - II shall be deducted from the total amount of BOQ to arrive at the contract sum.
