Dismantling of faulty/worn-out screw compresssor with motor from AC chilling unit of 120 TR capacity, lifting & shifting it with the help of chain pulley block and heavy labour from terrace of building to ground and transporting the same from site to the workshop, replacement of entire bearings i/c central bearings with the use of hydraulic machine and alignment of central shaft including replacement of defective parts, accessories such as internal/external filters, gaskets, O- rings, gauges, gas valve, checking & replacing of other related components, making the compressor operational, bringing the compressor at site and refixing it on the chiller machine, testing & commissioning etc. complete as required.

Repairing. of energy efficient Heat-Exchanger fan complete with blades, hub, shaft etc. capable for free air-delivery of 20000CFM having electric motor of 3.5 HP, F Class insulation, IP 66 protection suitable for 24 hrs. continuous outdoor-duty operation on 415V +/- 5%, 50Hz, 3 phase a.c. supply including dismantling the existing faulty/burnt-out irheat-exchanger fan with all accessories & motor and fixing it after repairing works i/c testing commissioning etc as reqd .

Rewinding of 12.5 HP, 415V +/- 5%, 50 Hz, 3 phase AC TEFC Squirrel cage induction motor of hot water horizontal split casing pump set with suitable gauge of copper wire, F- class insulation, varnishing, re-fitting the motor-pump set i/c proper alignment, electrical-connections, testing etc. complete as required. Rewinding of 10 HP, 415V +/- 5%, 50 Hz, 3 phase AC supply, TEFC squirrel cage induction motor of single stage horizontal centrfugal, monoblock pump set with suitable gauge copper wire, F- class insulation, varnishing, re-fitting the motor-pump set i/c proper alignment, electrical-connections, testing etc. complete as required. Repairing & refurbishment of 20 HP chilled water pump i/c the attached coupling, bushes, bearings etc. and dismantling the same from base frame and transporting to workshop for repair & refurbishment, bringing the repaired pump set back at site, installation, testing and commissioning, providing heat-insulation of the pump-set etc complete as required. Providing and fixing of 6mm thick cross linked polyethylene insulation for drain / copper piping in order to protect it from air borne impurities complete as reqd. as per site location.

Part Renovation/Repairing of Soft Starter of AC chiller having built-in safeties, cards etc with replacement of components such as thyristor, electrical parts, programming of cards and replacement of display system etc as reqd

Replacement of micro processor controller card in controller panel of chilling machines of central AC plant (Make - Carel, Model: PCO1.) including disconnecting and removing of the existing faulty controller card & handing over to the department.

Replacement of butterfly valve of 125mm NB i/c dismantling of non operational valve from chilled water pipeline, providing and fixing new flanges, gaskets, nut bolts, thermal insulation etc. complete as required. Make:-M/s Advance

Replacement of motorized butter fly valve of 300mm dia in chilled water pipeline i/c dismantalling of non operational valve from existing pipeline with replacing with new one along with flanges, nut bolts i/c removing thermal job etc and making the same good etc. complete as required. Refilling/topup replacement of existing defective sensor of controller of AC Chiller for various functions of components and control wiring as per diagram including software programming with modules and display features of temperature, HP/LP, sensors etc complete as required.

Refilling/Topup of Solution (MEG) of requisite density in the thermal storage tank having two no of storage tank installed in lower basement i/c the work comprising of desilting flushing the tank with pneumatic arrangement and also carryout special jobs related to AC system etc as reqd.

Dismantling the metallic cover of condensing system of 120TRH central plant system for licking condensor coil including repairing welding, brasing the U bends, hadders of copper pipe and making the system operational etc. complete as reqd. (2X60TRH)
