Removal of Plants/ Shrubs grown on walls/ slabs/beams by making holes or demolition of concrete etc and including applying suitable chemical for killing the roots of Plants, filling of holes with concrete and making good complete all as specified and directed.

Chipping/removing loose concrete in cloumns/beams/ chajjas/roof slab etc. up to reinforcement bars without damaging the reinforcement, removing all the loose material and to make all the exposed surface free from dust and all impurities etc complete all specified and directed.

Removing corrosion of steel reinforcement by mechanical means like wire brushing, chipping to remove loose rust and then applying rust removal solution Reebaklens RR of Fosroc / Sika Rust off 100 / equivalent in bostic India Ltd by using brush application, leaving the surface for at least 15 to 30 minutes, then removing loose materials by scrubbing or with brush and applying anti corrosive coating to reinforcement Nitozinc primer of Fosroc/Sika Friazinc R / equivalent in Bostic india Ltd , all as recommended by product manufacturer.

Providing and applying one coat of structural grade epoxy coat by brush of approved make . Mixing of two components will be as directed by manufacturer .Application shall be provided not more than 5 hours before application of micro concrete/polymer mortar etc complete all as specified by the manufacturer. Providing and applying n exc 40 mm thick (In layers of each 10mm thick) Shrinkage controlled, polymer modified, fibre reinforced cementitious repair mortar Renderoc SP 40 of Fosroc / Sika plastocrete plus/ equivalent in bostic India ltd, mixed with water in a water & powder ratio 0.18 in ceiling of roof slab/Chajjas/Beams/Parapet walls etc . Note:- Quoted tate is deemed to be inclusive of provideing scaffolding for working in patches upto a height of 15 Mtr complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel TMT bars 8mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders, cut tolength, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending and hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips.

Taking down existing roof treatment including clay tiles, screed bed , APP membrane etc top of roof slab and cleaning with wire brushe and washing with water complete , including removal and dispose off the debris all as specified .

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B0(using 12.50 mm graded agrregate) for padding concrete over the roof slab complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and application of single component, seamless, spray applied, hybrid elastomeric PU based material i.e Nitoproof 725 of Fosroc chemicals (or) sikalastic 590 of Sika India Pvt Ltd (or) equivalent in any approved make as approved by GE over a coat of primer i.e Nitoproof WB primer of Fosroc chemicals (or) diluted sikalastic 590 of Sika India Pvt Ltd (or) equivalent in any approved make as approved by GE, all as recommended by manufacturer ans as specified. Note:-(i) Average minimum DFTof PU based material shall be 1mm and shall be applied by using a Graco pump. (ii) PU based material shall process the following properties solids by volume -65%, tensile strength ASTM D412-1.75Mpa, density 1.3 g/ml, elongation ASTM D-412-350%, Adhesion to substrate concrete-1.9Mpa, resistance to water-10m pressure. M&L for Screed bed or bedding layer of mortor 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 for laying floor finishes all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces with CM 1:4 as in backing coat of skirting /dado all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in other than ground floors landings, chajjas and similar work (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) complete all as specified and directed.

Drilling 12mm dia holes up to a depth of 75mm maximum and for fixing 8/10 mm dia reinforcement on the surfaces of the columns/beams or any other structural member as the case may be. Clean the same using water and make sure that there are no fine particles present in the hole. Fill the drilled and cleaned holes to a minimum depth of 2/3rd of the hole with the Lokfix E75 of Fosrock or equivalent. Make sure that the resin has reached till the end of the hole. At this stage push the reinforcement bar gently in to the hole and finish the excess resin which comes out of the hole and allow the reinforcement bar not to be disturbed for minimum 20 minutes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Formwork to flat chullah hoods, chajja, troughs and similar items including edges and fair finished surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L reinforced cement concrete type 1:1.5:3, type A1 (using 20mm graded aggrigate) as in chajja complete all as specified and directed.
