Providing and fixing 50 mm diameter and 1.5 mm thick Stainless steel hand railing in S.S. 304 Grade including fabricating , fixtures, errecting, necessary welding, grinding, finishing, buffing to stainless steel pipe etc. Complete

Dismantling R.C.C. works and removing the stuff to adistance of 15 m and all lifts including stacking etc. complete as directed.

Providing RCC railing of cast in situ / ready mix RCC posts with M 20 CC of trap / granite / quartzite / gneiss metal for horizontal and vertical members as per detailed drawings including reinforcement, scaffolding, centering, formwork, compaction, finishing and curing with watering chemical compound etc. complete. (fully automatic micro processor based PLC with SCADA enabled with reversible drum type mixer / concrete batch mix plant (pan mixer) fine agreegates of required specifications (VSI sand finely washed etc )

Providing and applying two coats of exterior acraylic emulsion paint confirming to corresponding I.S. of approved manufacture and of approved colour to the plastered surfaces including cleaning, preparing the plaster surface, applying primer coat, scaffolding if necessary , and watering the surface for two days etc complete.

Sub Estimate C: Replacement of drainage conduit from sump well to river

Excavation in all kinds of soil including boulders upto 0.6 m diameter ( 0.113 cum) for canal, seating of embankment, filter drains / catch water drains etc., and placing the excavated stuff neatly in dump area or for formation of service road / embankment including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, dressing bed and sides to required level and profile etc.complete with lead upto 1 km and all lifts as directed.

Excavation in hard murum including boulders upto 0.6 m diameter ( 0.113 cum) for canal, seating of embankment, filter drains / catch water drains etc., and placing the excavated stuff neatly in dump area or for formation of service road / embankment including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, dressing bed and sides to required level and profile etc., complete with lead upto 1 km and all lifts as directed.

Dismantling dead pipeline of M.S./ R.C.C./ C.I./ P.S.C. and G.I./ A.C./ P.V.C./ S.W./ H.D.P.E. pipe including cost of necessary excavation and refilling of trenches, breaking the joints, lifting the pipes and stacking to the place as directed by Engineer-incharge with all leads and lifts including cleaning the surface, etc. complete.

Providing and supplying in standard lengths Polyethelene Pipes, confirming to IS 4984 /14151 / 12786 /13488 with nesessary jointing material like mechanical connector i.e. thread / insert joint / quick release coupler joint / compression fitting joint or flanged joint excluding coupler/specials, including transportation and freight charges, inspection charges, loading / unloading charges, conveyance to the departmental stores & stacking the same in closed shade duly protecting from sunrays & rains, excluding GST levied by GI & GOM in all respect etc.complete.

Lowering, Laying and Jointing H. D. P. E pipes in proper position including all specials by compression fitting/electrofusion and butt fusion jointing procedure as per relevent IS Code complete with all materials for jointing procedure like Electrofusion machine, Electric heater/butt fusion welding machine with hydraulic jack, top loading clamp etc. and all labours as directed by engineer in charge as per IS-7634 Part II For all classes.

Backfilling the trenches using available material from excavation in layers not exceeding 300 mm, each layer shall be compacted by watering and ramming without disturbing the pipe line with excavated stuff , including breaking of clods of soil etc complete as directed. (The backfilling on the two sides of the pipeline should be carried out simultaneously)

Dewatering by pumping out water collected with Diesel or Electrical pumps including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, providing sump and all other ancillary operations whenever necessary etc. complete under specific and in dispensable circumstances with prior approval from competent authority with authentic evidence of records justifying dewatering etc. complete as directed .

Providing and laying in situ cement concrete of grade M-15 of trap / granite / gneiss / quartzite / graded metal for foundation and bedding with Batching Plant and Transit Mixer including placing, compacting, curingetc. complete with all lifts as directed. (a) M-15 (20 MSA) (Cement 5.64 bags/Cum)

Sub Estimate D: Improvement of existing access road to dam body as well as existing access roads to different components of the dam.

Cleaning grass and removal of rubbish upto a distance of 50 meters outside the periphery of the area as directed

Providing and constructing 75 mm. thick Modified Penetration Macadam (MPM) road surface including all materials, preparing the existing road surface, spreading 40 mm. stone metal layers 100% crusher broken metal with conical crusher plant heating and spraying the bitumen of specified grade @ 2 Kilogram / Square Metre, spreading 12mm. size chips compacting with three wheels tatic roller having weight 8 to 10 MT. to achive the desired degree of compaction as per Technical Specification Clause 506 etc. complete. Including picking of existing WBM surface. (VG-30 bulk bitumen rates are considered to arrive at rates)

Providing and applying tack coat on the prepared surface heating by flames in Boiler and spraying bitumen with sprayer on Granuler surface treated with primer @ 2.75 kg /10 Sq.M. (VG-30 bulk bitumen considered to arrive at rates)

Open Graded Premix Surfacing -Providing and Laying OGC 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates premixed with bituminious binder transported to site with VTS, laid over a previously prepared surface , finishing to the required grade , level, alignment and rolling to achieve the desired compaction but excluding prime/tack and seal coat. For Bitumen of specified grade using drum mix type hot mix plant with SCADA , Paverand Vibratory Roller ( over BT Surface) ( VG-30 bulk bitumen rates are considered to arrive at rates.)
