PART I - CIVIL WORKS

Providing and fixing precoated with high durable polyester paint G.I CRCA 0.5 mm (min) thick steel sheets manufactured by M/s. Essar/ Jindal steel sheets make in SR-25 module of Stucco fixing over RCC roof on M S frame at all floor and locations,including bending at required angle, including necessary ridges and gable ends, valley and over lapping shall be 200 mm, fixing the sheet with self tapping SS Screws fixed with machine with bituminous washers/ GI bolt of 8 mm dia. The base metal shall be CRCA Steel having minimum yield strength of 240 MPa and minimum UTS of 280 MPa, Galvanized to 120 gsm zinc coating mass (total both sides) as per I S: 277 or conforming to AS: 3566 Class 3 of rust shield/ corroshield make including grouting over RCC slab/ columns/ Cast- in- situ PCC blocks in line level and plumb, at all levels including necessary scaffolding etc. complete all as per approved drawing and as directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

Structural steel work using M.S. YST 240 Grade of approved manufacture welded, riveted in built up sections, trusses staircase, railing, ladder and framed work for the following at all floors and locations, heights, including scaffolding, bracing, multilevel staging, lead etc. in grills, guard bars for windows, frames, covers, cover bracket for slanting chajja etc. using specified structural steel sections like angles, tees, flats, bars, chequered plates, sheets channel/I section, M.S. Angle/tube/pipes/RHS/SHS, joists, bolts & nuts etc of required shape, sizes including supplying, cutting, fabrication, welding, bending to shape, (curved), wastage, hoisting/erecting, fixing in position in concrete/brick work after fixing/embedding including painting one coat of zinc chromate shop coat of approved anticorrosion primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved make and colour all as exposed surface etc. complete all as per specification and as directed by the EIC.

Repairs to damaged RCC structural members at all locations/ floors using polymer modified cementatious mortar, for strengthening the existing RCC structural members using acrylic based polymer and comprising the following operations: 1. Breaking cracked / spalled concrete members along the cracks with plaster, including removing and stacking of all unserviceable material at site,simultaneous transportation and disposed at a location in Anushaktinagar as identified by EIC. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in Charge. 2. Exposing and cleaning the reinforcement thoroughly by light tapping / wire brushing of using strong emery paper and finally by acetone /rust remover of Dr. Fixit / Anuvi chemicals / Fosroc or other eqivalent. 3. Applying a coat of polymer and cement slurry in the ratio 1:1 by volume to the reinforcement bars. 4. Polymer required for the work shall be procured by the Agency from approved Manufacturers Like M/s Astra , M/s Anuvi, M/s Apcotex or other approved equivalent manufacturer confirming to technical requirements as below and the invoices/challans etc to be submitted to EIC for record. Appearance: Milky white Ph- value : 9-10 Specific gravity : 1.055+/-0.005 Solid contents(%w/w)-: 44+/-1 Viscocity at 25 degree C temperature (in sec): 15-20 Testing of the material as per relevant codes at NABL approved third party Lab. is to be done by the Agency for every batch/lot of supply. 5. Bond coat should be applied @ 0.37 ltr./layer/sq.m. 6. Minimum FM of silica sand should be 2.10

a) Building up with polymer modified cementatious mortar for RCC structural members etc. in layers not exceeding 20 mm in a day (proportion – cement 50 Kg. : Silica sand 125 Kg. : polymer liquid 10 ltrs.) with necessary bond coat (polymer : Cement = 1:1 by volume) for tack coat and also for subsequent layers using polymer including curing, covering the flooring /window with tarpaulins or equivalent covering material to avoid deposition of polymer mortar and cleaning of floor / windows thoroughly on completion of repair work etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Polymer used for this work in KG shall be measured for payment.

Cement plastering 20mm thick using factory manufactured pre mix/ready mix mortar in CM 1:4 of 'Roofit Mix'of M/s Premier Floor to Roof Materials pvt.ltd/ 'Easy plast' of M/s Walplast Products pvt.ltd/ 'Readiplast' of M/s Ultratech Cement Ltd or other approved equivalent make, having minimum composition of C:S :: 1:4 using fully treated dry, well graded natural sand conforming to IS 383 suitable for external plastering, having low rebound properties, low water demand for curing properties, mechanical mixing with water in a metallic tray only to make good consistency as per the specification of the Manufacturer, including membrane curing by applying one coat of factory made curing compound Resikure of M/s Anuvi Chemicals, Concure of M/s fosroc, Dr. Fixit curing compound as per manufacturer's specification including removing of damaged plaster at all levels including necessary scaffolding complete all as per specifications and as directed by EIC.

Providing, laying at all location plain cement concrete of mix 1 : 1.5 : 3 using graded stone aggregate of 20 mm max size for making of blocks for supporting structure including mixing, compaction, finishing, curing, form work etc. at all levels including necessary scaffolding complete all as per specifications and as directed by the EIC.

Brick work in Premix cement mortar 1:4 using well burnt locally available bricks of approved quality including scaffolding, raking out joints above ground level, simultaneous pointing below ground level, curing, etc. complete all as per specifications & as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling carefully the existing Brickwork, PCC etc by chiseling without damaging existing structure including disposing off debris in designated debris bin inside colony etc complete all as directed by the EIC.

Providing & fixing stainless steel Anchor fastner 12 mm dia. and 160 mm long (approx) of Hilti make HSL-3 or its equivalent including drilling holes to required depth, cleaning the same and fixing of fastner in proper position at all levels etc. complete all as per drawing/sketch, specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying three or more coats of acrylic elastomeric waterproof exterior coating of Raincoat of M/s. Dr.FIXIT ,Apex Strech of M/s. Asian Paints / Weathershield Max of M/s. ICI Dulux or other approved equivalent make and shade over the sand face / form finished surfaces / rough cast plaster at all locations as required, thoroughly mixed and (applied at an interval of 6-8 hours for each successive coats and ensure consumption of 0.46 Itr/Sqm for 3 & more coats, including preparation of surface, cleaning and filling the cracks and crevices with Latex caulking crack filler etc. complete generally as per the manufacturer's specification and as directed by the EIC.
