Attending of street/ security lights complaints received through telephone or in person and rectification of defects in street lights like , LED street light, post top lamp, Flood light fittings etc of any make, installed on street light poles 9/ 11 metres long, buildings, walls, roof by bringing down the fittings on ground or in position by replacing unserviceable items including cleaning of glass etc, further replacement of old unserviceable street light fittings with new fittings complete all as specified and as directed. (Contractor will provide ladder, tools required at site): - Note: -(i)LED light fittings replaced shall be measured and paid separately under respective items (ii) Complaints shall be attended and rectified within 24 hrs of receipt of complaint. (iii) Lights on one pole repaired shall be treated as one complaint.

Material and labour for laying of XLPE Cable of size 6 sq mm 2 core insulated heavy duty electric cables with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade for necessary connection with suitable lugs & fixing arrangement with necessary clamps & cable glands etc complete all as directed & specified after removing the old/damaged cable.

All as per item No. 02 above but Cable of size 10 sq mm 2 core.

Supply and laying DWC HDPE pipe of outer dia of 40 mm and inner dia of 32 mm polyethylene (PE) with smooth internal and profiled external surfaces for non pressure for underground cable including bends complete all as specified and as directed. Make :REX POLYEXTRUSION LTD/Finolex/Supreme/Prince/Astral as approved by GE in written.

Supply and fixing PVC insulated and PVC Round Sheathed, three core 0.50 sqmm Annealed Bare Copper Conductor (flexible) industrial cable for Voltage Grade 1100 Volt, Conforming to IS 694 : 2010 for connection from street light fitting to junction box complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and Taking down old unserviceable ACSR or ACC conductor in any position from PCC/Steel tubular poles of any size and stacking at site for re-use or issued against schedule of credit all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for ACSR over head Aluminum conductor steel reinforced of any size all as specified and directed including stringing through RCC/Steel tubular poles, fixing on insulators, jumpering with aluminum binding wire etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour in replacement for cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plate fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling of holes for bolts, in any shape or size and inclusive of one primer coats one under coat and one finishing coat of synthetic enamel paint as directed.

Supplying, Erecting and fixing in repair Steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-31 (9.0 meters long) and providing 3 Nos of 30cm wide circular bands with black & yellow paint starting from plinth level at a gap of 30 cm in between 2 bands and numbering of poles, in yellow paint over black painted back ground at a height of 2m from bottom of pole with 5 cm large bold letters 2" wide, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for painting of steel surface of LT steel tubular pole 09 mtr incl accessories like cross arms and clamps etc and painted with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of aluminum paint over the prepared surface incl numbering of poles approved size with black colour or as approved by Engneer-in-Charge. Make: Asian paint/ Berger paint

Supply & fixing of SMC terminal/junction box of size 240 x 130 x 110mm of polycarbonate thermoplastic housing, weather, water proof fire retardant including 02 Nos terminal as specified and directed. Make : Sintex/National/Reliance

Supply and fixing 25 mm dia galvanized iron mild steel tubing, light grade including all fitting for cable protection etc laid in floor or fixed to poles with clamps etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of Automatic Street Light Switch using Nature switch for automatic switching of street lights based on LUX level of Nature light. The Infrared Sensor based Nature Switch along with lighting load of 5 - 8 KW, single phase with suitable Power Contactor (AC 1) and MCBs of suitable rating should be enclosed in pole/along with wall mountable enclosure made of rust proof thick sheet of 3.15 mm with locking arrangement on it , termite proof and FR grade SMC junction box conforming to IP 54 fixed to pole by using MS clamps fabricated out of 25 mm X 3 mm thickness suitable to PCC/Steel tubular poles, Bolts and nuts as required at site and connected to street light over head/underground feeder by using suitable twin core aluminum conductor and testing all as specified and as directed. Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for foundation laying of pipe line etc and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified

Returning filling including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed

Removing excavated surplus hard/dense soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed
