Material & labour for Repair,maintenance & Servicing of 11KV HT VCB indoor type ONE OUT GOING /ONE INCOMING Make CG/Schinder complete including the following (a) Taking out 11KV HT VCB & Relays set of VCB panel o f400 Amps/ 630 Amp rating trolley from HT Panel after switching off electric supply. Removing all mechanical/electrical/control system for proper functioning e.g. spring charge system, triping system, remote operation, indication system, upward-downward/in-out movement of HT VCB trolley,etc including opening the VCB trolly & checking the quality of insulating material,vaccum system complete. Replace defective parts, fixed/ moving contacts and blowing out dust and applying the proper lubrication/ greasing with AP-3 grease and reassembling the VCB including connection to HT VCB panel and VCB functional to the entire satisfaction of complete all as specified and directed. Notes :- (i) The VCBs are installed at MRS and MH Power House. (ii) Spare parts if replaced & shall be measured and paid separately under supply only.(iii) Servicing shall be got carried out by autharised rep of VCB Manufactrure and the service engineer will submitt a service/Testing report for each VCB. (iv) minor items required for servicing shall be deemed included rate quoted .

Supply only trip coil suitable for HT, VCB/RMU operating on 24/110 volt system and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only closing coil operated on 110 / 24 volt system suitable for working of relay of HT VCB/RMU complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only closing shaft assembly operated on 110 / 24 volt system suitable for working of relay of HT VCB/RMU complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Motor cut off limit switch sutable for HT 11 KV VCB/RMU complete all as specified and directed.

HT 33KVA OUTDOOR TYPE CT & PT Material & Labour for removal of bushing & terminals and cleaning CT/PT 33 KV by CTC solution on its insulators and teeths and checking the leakage if any from the CT and refixing the same after replacing the defective/faulty parts and checking the oil level and oil dielectric strength (BD test) and proper connection checking/tightening of control wiring and testing with the following :- (i) Meggar testing between phase to phase & phase to earth. (ii) Testing the terminal connection and its working for the calibration and tripping of the relay for the protection of HT 33KV line. Make it functional to the entire satisfaction complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in replacement indication lamp (LED type) Red or Yellow or Green colour suitable for 110 volts AC / 110 volt DC / 30 volts DC (as required at site) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of Power Pack for 11 KV VCB suitable for incoming supply 220/110 volts AC, 100 VA and output 110 volts DC supply all as per existing with wiring complete all as specified and directed. Note : - The contractor has to visit the site to check the existing system of 11 KV VCB for installation of power pack unit.

Supply, installation, testing in replacement relay microprocessor based 110V/24V three phase relay system to overcurrecnt , one earth fault protection type for 11 KV breaker, setting range suitable for over current and earth fault with necessary wiring/fitting including dismantling of old or unserviceable relays.The setting of the relay should be in accordance with the incomer and setting should be maintained such that fault does not carry beyond the affected feeder in case of Overload,3 phase fault, earth fault etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The rate to be quoted for any make of relays available on the site of MRS

M & L for super enamelled copper conductor wire of suitable gauge and size as per requirement for rewinding the HT coil transformer complete all as specified and directed.

Note:- (i) Dehydration/filtration machine will be arrange by the contractor and he will make his own arrangement and to carry the machine at various sub stations including vehicle and towing arrangement. The rate shall be inclusive at above. (ii) Contractor will submit before & after testing report of transformer oil.

M&L for replacement of aluminum connector suitable for 33 KV line bus conductor as per site requirement such as stud connector, straight tee, straight bolt terminal, bus support clamps, tee connectors, expansion type, pad type terminal connectors, rigid stud type terminal connectors etc complete including necessary nut bolts washers complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, transporting and erecting in position steel tubular swaged poles 410-SP-55 type, 11.00 metre long complete with mild steel base plate, CI finial taper, bolts, nuts and washers etc including necessary painting steel tubular poles exposed surfaces with aluminium paint two coats over one coat of red oxide primer and providing painting of 30 cm wide red and white strips upto 1.5 mtr from bottom of the errected pole, painting embedded portion of poles with one coat of bituminious paint including marking of pole number etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying stone aggregate of size 40mm graded layed on ground of two/four pole structure complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Repair and maintanance of 11 KV HT RMU indoor/outdoor type, EACH WAY of RMU 400/630/800 Amp rating from HT Panel after switching off electric supply. Removal of all the possible mechanical/electrical/control system for proper functioning e.g. spring charge system, triping system, indication system, including checking the quality of insulating material, complete & refixing with faulty part replaced blowing out dust and applying the proper lubrication/ greasing and reassembling the including motorised operation and connection to HT panel & before filling of gas leakage testing carried out (if quantity is lesser than required) and make the RMU functional to the entire satisfaction complete all as specified and directed.
