Charges for Electrical maintenance works of HT motors (Conveyor 7A, 7B, 8A1 & 8B1, PCR A&B) – 6 Nos., Critical LT motors (Conveyor, Belt feeder and Brake motors) – 22 Nos., ventilation motors-3 Nos., Dust extraction motors-12 Nos., Transformer 2A/2B, Air washer motors-2 Nos., Reject Conveyor motors-2Nos., IMS & SMS motors-6 Nos., Sump Pump motors-16 Nos., Dust suppression motors-2 Nos., PCR Hoist motor-2Nos, (Maintenance works such as greasing, checking earth connections, Terminal connections tightness checking, replacement of defective brake motors, changing of brake oil / top up brake oil etc.)

Charges for Electrical maintenance of IMS 1A, 1B, 2A, 2B and SMS A&B, defective replacement of above motors and their related electrical panels by attending failure replacement of power contactors, aux contactors, Thermal overload relays and defective rectifier cards etc., Electrical maintenance of 124 Nos. pull chord switches, 16 Nos. Zero speed switches, Siren, Hoist Panel in PCR, interlock & de interlock switches of conveyor 1 to 8B1, welding supply modules & 63A main switches for welding supply and extension of welding supply to Wagon tippler 1 to 4, 6A,6B, 7A,7B, PCR complex and secondary crusher top floor.

Charges for Electrical maintenance of MCC-II LT modules-84 Nos. and replacement of defective power contactors, switches, Thermal overload relays, limit switches for the above modules, Air washer system at MCC-II., Main LDBs & Local Lighting Distribution panels –20 Nos. and lighting maintenance in CHP I area. LT Breakers in MCC-II, Transformer 2A & 2B, control, supply local Junction Boxes, Welding & Spare modules.
