Designing, providing and fixing PUF insulated sandwich panel roofing Having top profile sheet with 28-30mm crust hight at 195-200mm pitch, inner liner tray and PUF Insulation between not less than 30 mm thick and width 1.0 mt. Panel shall have 0.50mm thick precoated GI sheet on both side of polyurethane foam confirming to IS 12436:1988 with standard profile with tongue & groove arrangement. The Precoated sheet shall be of minimum 240 mpa steel grade confirming to IS 14246:1995 and shall have zinc coating of minimum 120 gsm as per IS:277:1992, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 20 micron. The PPGI sheet shall have plastic protective guard film of minimum 25 microns to avoid scratches while transportation. The panels shall be fixed to the steel frame structure with minimum 5 mm thick self tapping GI screws with EPDM seal of required length and nos. with maximum spacing of 300 mm c/c. The cost shall include ridge, soffit junctions & flashings as specified by puf panel makers. The supporting structure will be paid in relevant item.

Providing and constructioning Inspection chambers of Internal size clear dimention of 900 x 600 mm in 230 thick brick masonry with cement mortat 1:4 over a bed of 150 mm thick 1:4:8 cement concrete foundation, plastering with cement mortar 1:4 20 mm thick on inside, out side and all exposed sufaces finished with a floating coat of neat cement, brick corbelling at top to provide opening of 900 X 450 mm, embedding the frame and cover with CC 1:2:4 concrete, and fixing cast iron steps if necessary at 300mm intervals complete . Depth of chamber not exceeding 900 mm. (excavation, soling, cast iron cover and C.I steps will be paid separately under relevant item)
Providing & fixing in position 40 mm heavy pattern screw down gun metal gate valve with handles and wheels of approved make including testing for 10Kg/cm2 pressure with clean and potable water with a minimum testing duration of two hours etc.as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge
Providing and fixing PVC floor trap with heavy quality 125 mm dia stainless steel grating of approved equvalent make as specified all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of following nominal sizes of soft/hard drawn copper refrigerant piping, complete with fittings, with suitable adjustable ring type hanger supports, jointing/brazing including accessories, insulated with closed cell elastometric nitrile rubber tubular sleeves sections of specified thickness as given below for Suction and Liquid lines, all accessories as per specifications etc. It shall be in total clamping manner above false ceiling & in total concealed manner below false ceiling level. From the structural ceiling it should hanged or shall be fixed on wall / beam etc. with clamps & the distance between two clamp shall be less than 1 meter. It shall not be placed over the false ceiling nor it shall be fixed with false ceiling members.
