M&L for carrying out the servicing of DG set of capacity 20 to 500 KVA, Make - Kirloskar/Cummins/Greaves/Mahindra including taking down old/UNSV spare parts, drain out burnt engine oil and cleaning the oil chamber by cleaning solution, Cleaning and servicing of radiator from inside and outside thoroughly with cleaning solution K-Clean, including replacement of ,spare parts checking/rectify all the electrical connection and tightening of loose nut & bolts including carrying out minor addition/alternation for fixing the parts for smooth functioning of DG Sets complete up to entire satisfaction of Engr-in-charge. Note : Servicing of DG set shall be carried out by authorised service dealer of Kirloskar and supply of spare parts shall be measured and paid separately under relevent items. NOTE (1) Cost of Spares required will be paid and measured separately under respective items (2) Servicing/ will carried out through authorised service centre of manufacturer (3) Make of spare recommendation by auth service centre of manufacturer

M & L for dismantling the defective radiator assembly and taking it to contractor workshop for cleaning of radiator , finding the leakages by pressure method and providing leak proof treatment to defective radiator assemble by welding/brazing/glazing suitable material for cohesiveness for following capacity DG sets cleaning radiator by using K oil and radiator cleaning solution (Ready to Wash) by pressure of pump and brush and Re-assembling after painting of the same complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement Off load changeover switch 630 Amps, 4 pole in sheet metal enclosure, side /front handle operated complete all as speecifid and/or as directd by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 m in depth and getting it out for laying of cable / pole in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and/or directed.

M&L for crushed stone sand cushioning to UG cable, provide with the layer 8 cm before and 15 cm after laying and stretching jointing and testing the cable complete all as specified and/or directed. Note : Only punned thickness shall be measured.

Supplying and laying in replacement unreinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV, type 1 flat of size 250mm x150mm x 40mm placed perpendicular to the cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Labour only for laying of old serviceable cable covers retrieved from excavation complete all as specified and/or directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling watering, and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and/or directed.

Removing excavated material n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level exc. 1.5 cm above the starting point complete all as specified and/or directed.

Disconnecting and Taking out old LT armored XLPE cables from trenches of any size/core/any voltage grade from trenches/poles /pipes, for replacement all as directed by Engr in charge

Supply and laying XLPE insulated, armoured, haeavy duty electric cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor rating 1100 volts grade of size 400 Sqmm 3.5 core laid in trences or passing through pipes.ducts or fixed to walls/poles completer all as specified.

Supply and laying XLPE insulated, armoured, haeavy duty electric cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor rating 1100 volts grade of size 240 Sqmm 3.5 core laid in trences or passing through pipes.ducts or fixed to walls/poles completer all as specified.

Supply and laying XLPE insulated, armoured, haeavy duty electric cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor rating 1100 volts grade of size 95 Sqmm 3.5 core laid in trences or passing through pipes.ducts or fixed to walls/poles completer all as specified.

M & L for changing /toping up of best quality of engine oil 20W50 type for various type/capacity DG sets including removing of old burnt engine oil from DG Sets complete all as specified and/or directed . Make:-castrol/veedol/valoline or equivalent

Supply and topping up of best quality antifreezing, inhabitor (Coolant) liquid for DG Set of various capacity and locations complete all as specified and/or directed.

Supply and fixing battery cable assy. with copper conductor multistranded RED and BLACK colour 2mtr long 21sqmm for connection to self starter unit to Battery unit complete all as specified and/or directed.

Supply and Replacement of battry terminal for DG Sets complete all as specified and/or directed.

Deduct Schedule of Credit of Rs (-) 52357.00 (Minus) as listed in Schedule 'A' (Contd). Contract Sum shall be arrived after deducting the credit amount. Note :- Tenderers will not quote against this item being a firm amount.
