Repair to 10000 GPH x 250 meter head HC pump set alongwith allied works at pumping station Jaganoo stage-0 by way of disconnecting electrical connections, unfastening pumping unit from base frame, suction and delivery decoupling of pump from motor, manually shifting pump set from pumping station to road side by head load and then to work shop. Dismantling the pumping unit and extraction of internal assembly. Fabrication and fitting of shaft by welding, turning making key way, bearing size as per sample of bearing. Repair of unit by way of providing, fabrication and fitting of new impeller 03 numbers, neck rings 02 nos. diffusers 2nos., shaft protection sleeves 1no. with check nut 2nos. Providing and fitting of bearings 7308-2nos. at NDE and 308-1no.at DE side alongwith bracket-1no. Assembling of pump set and then shifting back to road side near of pumping station and then to site of installation by mechanical transport and using manual labour tools and tackles. Fitment of pumping unit on base frame, leveling, alignment and coupling with motor alongwith providing and fitting of graphite packing, nuts, bolts etc. Complete job includes cost of material, labour charges, manual carriage charges, hire charges of tools and tackles etc. Rebate, if any, should be quoted separately.
