Supplying, assembling, lowering and fixing in vertical position in bore well by socket, ERW (Electric Resistance Welded) Medium duty mild steel plain ended casing pipes of required dia, as per IS1239 including required hire & labour charges, fittings & accessories, all complete, for all depths, as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.150 mm nominal size dia having wall thickness 4.80 mm ( 60% of length)

Supplying, assembling, lowering and fixing in vertical position in bore well by socket, ERW (Electric Resistance Welded) slotted Medium duty mild steel pipe having wall thickness 4.80 mm as per IS1239, including hire & labour charges, fittings & accessories, all complete, for all depths, as per direction of Engineer -in-charge. 150 mm nominal size dia ( 40 % of length & 1meach above GL)

Development of tube well in accordance with IS : 2800 (part I) and IS: 11189, to establish maximum rate of usable water yield without sand content (beyond permissible limit), with required capacity air compressor, running the compressor for required time till well is fully developed, measuring yield of well by "V" notch method or any other approved method, measuring static level & draw down etc. by step draw down method, collecting water samples & getting tested in approved laboratory, i/c disinfection of tubewell, all complete, including hire & labour charges of air compressor, tools & accessories etc., all as per requirement and direction of Engineer-in-charge.( 05 Hrs for each well)

Providing and fixing Bail plug/ Bottom plug of required dia to the bottom of pipe assembly of tubewell as per IS:2800 (part I).150 mm dia

Providing and fixing M.S. clamp of required dia to the top of casing/ housing pipe of tubewell as per IS: 2800 (part I), including necessary bolts & nuts of required size complete.150 mm clamp

Gravel packing in tubewell construction in accordance with IS: 4097, including providing gravel fine/ medium/ coarse, in required grading & sizes as per actual requirement, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing suitable size threaded mild steel cap or spot welded plate to the top of bore well housing/ casing pipe, removable as per requirement, all complete for borewell of:150 mm dia

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:1½:3 (1 Cement: 1½ coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for : Columns, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Posts and Struts

Providing ISI mark G.I. pipe of following class and dia. excluding GST levied by GOI and GOM in all respect including inspection charges, transportation to stores, etc. complete as per IS-1239/2004. Note : One coupler shall be provided with each full length of pipe cost of which is included in rates below. Heavy Duty 50 mm. ( 6.24 kg./m )

Lowering, laying and jointing G. I. pipes and specials of following class and diameter including conveyance from stores to site of works, all labour, etc. complete either underground or in vertical position, as directed by Engineer-in-charge.Heavy Duty 50 mm dia pipe.

Excavating trenches of required width for pipes, cables, etc including excavation for sockets, and dressing of sides, ramming of bottoms, depth upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil, and then returning the soil as required, in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering, etc. and disposing of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m :All kinds of soil.Pipes, cables etc, not exceeding 80 mm dia.

Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of 7.5 HP capacity AC/DC solar water pump (SPV pump), comprising of min. 7.5 KWp capacity multi crystalline SPV modules mounted on GI Structure with necessary hardware with controller, suitable size HDPE delivery water pipe line up to 60 mtr length inside or above water tank/borewell with necessary control valves and necessary power supply cable of appropriate size complete with 5 years on site performance warrantee. Specification no. ESD-SWPS

Providing double flange sluice valve confirming for IS- 14846 including worn gear arrangements as per test pressure, stainless steel spindle, caps, including inspection charges, transportation upto departmental store, unloading, stacking excluding GST levied by GOI & GOM in all respect etc. complete. a) Sluice valves - PN -1 (Without by pass) i) 50 mm.
