Earthwork in all kinds of soil excavation by manual means in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cable etc. ( Not exceeding 1.5 Mtr. in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan, depth upto 1.5 Mtr. including disposal of excavated earth upto 1 Mtr. from cutting edge disposed earth is to be levelled and neatly dressd.

Providing and Laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering all work upto plinth level 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand : 10 graded stone ) aggregate 40mm nominal size) crushed with all leads and lift carriage complete.

Providing and Laying in position cement concrete of specified grade 1: 3: 6: ( 1: cement 3: coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All work upto plinth level, with all leads and lift carriage complete.

Providing and laying in position 1: 1.5 : 3 ( 1 : cement : 1.5 coarse sand :3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size ) of reinforced cement cement concrete excluding the cost of centering shuttering finishing & reinforcement. All work upto plinth level using crushed aggregate, in foundations and mate footing with all leads and lift carriage complete.

Reinforcement for RCC work including straightening, cutting bending placing in position and binding all complete TMT bars ( TATA / SAIL / JSW Neo Steel ).

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches , plinth, slides of foundation etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth : consolidation each deposited layer by ramming and watering , lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m.( Incl. disposal of surplus excavated earth as per direction of Engineer-in-charge )

a) Centring and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for Foundations, footings, bases of columns, Retaining walls, return walls, wall ( any thickness ) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses fillets etc. ( Since the work is being executed more than 5'-0'' below the ground level ) Steel shuttering with welding.

b) Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform.

c) Edges of slabs and breaks in floors and walls above 20cm wide

d) Walls (any thickness) including attahced pilaster butteresses plinth and string course etc.

Cement Concrete flooring 1:2:4 ( 1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate ) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry but excluding the cost of noising of steps etc. complete 50mm thick with 20mm nominal size stone aggregate with all leads and lift carriage complete.

Making soak pit 2.5m dia 3.00 mtr. deep with 45x45cm dry brick honey comb subject with bricks of class designation 75 and S.W drain pipe 100 mm diameter 1.8m long complete as per design, with F.P.S brick.

Providing and fixing water closet squatting pan (Indian type W.C Pan) with 100mm sand cast iron P or S trap, 10 litre low level PVC flushing cistern including flush pipe ( of approved made ) mannualy controlled device ( Hand lever ) conforming to IS-7231 with all fittings and fictures complete including cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required, Long pan pattern white vitreous china W.C pan of size 580 mm.

Providing and fixing wash basin with C. I./M.S. brackets,15mm C.P. brass pillar taps, 32 mm C.P. brass waste of standard pattern, including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls wherever required: White Vitreous Chinawash basin size 660x460 mm with single 15 mm C.P. brass pillar taps with elbow operated levers lSI marked.

Providing and fixing PVC waste pipe for sink / wash basin including PVC waste filling complete ( 32 mm dia flexible pipe ).

Providing and fixing C.P grating with hole of approved quality.150mm dia

Providing and fixing C.P brass bib cock of approved conforming to IS 8931. ( 15mm nominal bore ).

Provinding and fixing C.P brass angle value for wash basin mixer and gyser points of approved make conforming to IS -8931. a) 15mm nominal bore.

Providing and fixing G.I pipe Complete with G.I. fittings and clamps, including cutting and making good the walls etc. (Internal work) Concealed pipe including painting with anti corrosive bitumastic paint, cutting chases and making good the wall, 15mm dia, nominal bore ( Medium )

Providing and fixing 1mm thick M.S. Steel door with frame of 40x40x6mm angle iron and 3mm M.S. gusset plates at the junctions and corners, all necessary fittings complete, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer ( using flats 30x6mm for diagonal braces and central cross place.

Filling empty cement / gunny bags with sand/ earth including cost of sewing and strings etc.

Wiring for light point/fan point/exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sqm. FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed medium class PVC conduit, with piano type switch, phenolic laminated sheet, suitable size M.S box and earthing the point with 1.5 Sqm. FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc. as required, ( LMR )
