M&L for Hot dip Galvanized HIGH MAST LIGHTING SYSTEM with its accessories control panel housing etc, nominal height of mast 12.5 Mtrs for suitable mouinting 6 Nos LED light fittings asymmetrically. Top OAF-150mm, bottom OAF-310mm, thickness - 3mm, Base plate 560x25 mm, accessories supplied will be included headframe, lantern carriege with 8 luminaire arms suitable for mounting 6 Nos of 200 watt LED luminaires symmetrically, SGDD which with 6mm wire ropes 2350 BL capacity (03 watt rope system) lighting arrestor, Junction box, trailing cable 5 Core 2.5 Sqmm cable -01 Nos carraige supports. RR ISPAT Make. Complete all as specified and including supply of foundation bolts, anchor plate template & control plate and foundation, Erection, earthing, testing & commissioning of 12.5 Mtr High Mast lighting system & cabling work complete and including control housing suitable for High mast light fittings, it shall consist of suitable control for the power tool motor 440 V, 50Hz, 0.75KW, reversible with timer contactor facility, complete all as specified and as per OEM specifications. Make : LEGERO or technocommercially equivalent make of Jindal Power Corporation or makes as listed in Appx 'D' (Group I) to Particular Specifications. Note : (a) The site Job shall be done by authorized agency only. (b) The contractor shall give two years gurantee/ Warrantee of the High Mast light system including accessories. (c) Contractor shall submit original purchase voucher/ invoices of the High mast light and accessories to Engr-in-Charge. (d) All T&P and machinery shall be deemed incl in the quoted rates for installing High mast light system.

S&F LED floodlight luminaire 200 watts capacity with secondary optics made in presure die cast housing and heat sink in aluminium extrusion and IP66 protection fixed in the AOL bracket of High mast light fittings, complete all as specified and directed. S&F integral LED aviation light 10 watt capacity, comprising of aluminium housing with polycarbonate enclosure, fixed on the top of the High mast light fitting, complete all as specified and directed. Make : Bajaj Cat Part No BGAV 302 LED or technocommercially equivalent make of Philips/Crompton

Supply and laying LT XLPE insulated heavy duty cable, armoured sheathed 1100 Volts grade, cross sectional area 16 Sqmm, 4 core with aluminium conductor, ISI marked as per IS : 7098 (Part-1), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for GI pipe light grade 50mm bore for cable protection as a guard pipe including required accessories etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 Mtrs wide and not exceeding 1.5 Mtr in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil and levelling of bottom surface to required level, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exc 50 mtr from site and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well remming in layers not exc 25cm thick, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand as cushioning to underground cable, 8cm thick below and 15cm above the cable, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for well burnt brick, sub class 'B', laid over sand cushioning to cable protection in trenches keeping width of brick parallel to the length of cable, complete all as specified and directed.
