Cutting in earth work and disposal of all surplus excavated earth in all kind of soil such as pick work, jumber work, blasting work in soft / hard rock or chiselling wedging out soft / hard rock where blasting is prohibited i/c all lead & lift complete as per the direction of Engineer-in charge.

Excavation in foundation and and trenches etc. in earth work lift up to 1.5 meters, stacking the excavated soil not more than 3m clear from the edge of the excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layers when required into plinth sides of foundation etc. then consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed within all leads and lifts as per satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & Laying cement concrete 1:4:8 ( 1 cement : 4 sand : 8graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation & plinth within all leads and lifts as per satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6(1cement:3 sand:6 graded stone agg.20mm nominal size)excluding cost of form work in foundation & plinth within all leads and lifts as per satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 ( 1cement: 2sand: 4graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement in:-

Suspended floor roofs, landing and shelves and their support balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers up to floor tow levels with in all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Foundation, footings, bases of columns and the like and mass concrete with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Foundation and plinth within all leads and lifts as per satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

20mm cement plaster in single coat on rough side of B/S masonary for interior plastring up to two floor lvl. i/c arisses internal rtounded angles chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in grith and finishing even & smooth surface in C:M 1:3 (1cement: 3 sand) .

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 ( 1cement: 1.5 sand: 3graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement in:-

Foundation, footings, bases of columns and the like and mass concrete with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Wall ( any thickness) partion and the like including attached pilaster, butresses, plinth and string courses and the like with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing form work with steel plates of 3.15 mm thick welded with angle iron in frames 30x30x5 mm so as to give a fair finish including centring , shuttering, propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 meters and removal of the same for-in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in:-

Veritcal surface such as wall ( any thickness) partion and the like including attached pilaster, butresses, plinth and string courses and the like with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landings and the like, floors etc upto 200 mm in thickness with in all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Random rubble masonary/Polygonal rubble masonary (coursed or brought to courses with hard stones of approved quality in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 in cement mortar 1:6 complete in all respects within all leads and lifts as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Steel work bolted in built up sections,including cutting ,hoisting ,fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint complete with in all lead & lift as per the direction of Engineer-in -charge.

Providing mild/tor steel reinforcement for RCC Work i/c, bending binding placing in possition complete up to floor two level (Tor-steel)

Wire crates of inter link chain wire filled with boulders with square cut faces against the wire. (Wire crates to be measured and paid for separately)

Wire crates made of interlink chain filled with boulders with square cut faces against the wire. (Boulder filling to be measured and paid for separately) Interlink chain 5mm thick corresponding to SWG-6. 15cmx15cm mesh.

Providing & fixing 1.80m high barbed wire fencing with angle iron post 2.50m hight 65x65x5 mm, 2.50m c/c with 9 horizontal and 2 diagonal rows of barbed wire embedded in cc 1:3:6 (1cement:3sand:6garded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Providing and fixing man hole cover made with angle iron 50x50x4mm thick (base frame)&25x25x4mm thick top frame covered with MS sheet 2mm thick with locking arrangements to avoid the anti social activities as per engg. In charge. (Size of Cover 0.75X0.75 mtr) in all leads and lifts complete as per the direction of Engineer-in charge .

Providing & fixing cast iron/sand cast iron spun spigot ventilating pipe 100mm dia.

Providing and fixing scouring arragement with 63mm dia with outlet pipe HDPE pipe 63mm (OD) as per (IS:4985-1968) PN10, PE63 (OD) )

Providing & Fixing brass full way (with hand wheel )as per IS 780 class x 65mm nominal dia PN -I ,inlet (suction pipe) complete all leads and lifts as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Supplying, hosting and steching to specified profile wire rope suspension bridges (including guy ropes ) as per direction of the engineer in charge. (wire ropes 25mm dia0

Providing and fixing in position steel accessories like clamps, suspender, rope grips, U -bolts ancherage bolts with pulleys etc. along with fixrures as per direction of the engineer in charge.

Laying , jointing & testing of HDPE pipe of following dia in trenches of 10.00 Kgf/cm^2 & 6Kgf/cm^2 working pressure having Grade (PE-63) as per IS 4984-1998 complete within all leads and lifts as per direction of the Engineer-in- charge ( Earth work to be measured & paid separately)
