Material and labour for Removing of snap ling growth small plants including roots by dismantling of brick work / PCC / RCC using necessary scaffolding of any type for any location and any height in all Buildings including (G+5) ( i.e roof, parapet walls near pipes etc.) and applying Acid after removing roots for preventing the regrowthing and making good the disturbed portion using PCC 1:2:4 Type B-O and plaster in CM 1:3 (size of disturbed portion 150 x 150 x 150mm) complete all as specified & directed by Engr- in -Charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removing rubbish off the premises, removal and depositing servicable materials where directed complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Rendering 15mm thick cement plaster CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick wall/concrete surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement including mixing of water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructionscomplete all as specified and as directed.Note : Water proofing compound will be measured and paid seperately.

Supply only Integral waterproofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.Make:Impermo/Cico/Roff

Material and labour for Preparation of newly plastered surface of wall including pilasters and cornice etc and apply two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance,dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade(Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10sqm over surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour complete removal of existing treatment by brushing and cleaing etc of wall surface including pilasters and cornices and apply two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance,dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade(Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10sqm over surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Marking of Building number of existing size I with black and white synthetic enamel paint in( 4 Letters in each) including all necessary scaffolding and arrangements complete all as specified and as directed by Eng-in-charge.

Material and labour for preparation of old surfaces of wooden of any description over 10cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for preparation of old surfaces of steel of any description over 10cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed

Note for Item No: 01 to 09 : For item No: 01 to 09 shall be executed in high rise bldg from Bldg No: P-28 to P-35 except Bldg No:P-34 and upto G+5 storey so Necessary arrangment for scaffolding / shoring and other safety works outside the bldg. must be provided by contractor before commencement of work, During the exeution of work tradesmen/labour engaged by contrator must be provided safety equipement and accessories and tradesmen and labourer engaged by contractor shall be insured for accidental cover etc as per existing Govt norms for work in high rise bldgs., the rate quoted by the contractor for item No 01 to 09 will be inclusive of the above provisions and no extra amount paid to contractor.
