S&F Mild steel round bars 6mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, includingb cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips confirming to Gd.I,IS-Fe-410-W 432(part I) all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) 5 to 10 mm dia with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, screwed both ends,each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 5cm but n.exc. 10 cm long all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F of hard down steel wire fabric not exceeding 4 Kg / sqm cut to lengths, bent to shape required and tying with annealed MS wire not less than 0.9mm dia welding to existing reinforcement complete all as specified and as directed by engineer-in-charge.

M&L for applying one coat of Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm to old painted surface of wall including preparation all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Preparing new steel or iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of Zinc yellow metal primer all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks,exc.10 cm in width type C-1, (1:3:6) using 20cm graded stone aggregate and setting in cement mortar (1:6), all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L 15mm thick plastering in solid block masonry or concrete works in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and fair all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of chalk whiting on newly plastered surface of wall including praparation of surfaces all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 75mm thick Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of flooring inccluding formwork all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Sand filling under paver block including watering and consolidation all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with grey cement and pigment any shape size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness M-35 grade including complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Surface excavation n.exc 30cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in hard / dense soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Rough excavation n.exc 30cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in hard / dense soil spreading and levelling in layers n exc 25cm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for hardcore of gauge not exceeding 63 mm of broken granite stone, deposited, spread and leveled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 100mm thick Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 type D2 Nominal mix using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of flooring including formwork all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200m thick (Horizontal or sloping) fair finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Reinforced Cement Concrete M-30 Design Mix as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, kitchen slabs all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of surplus excavated material n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning 11KW/15 HP horizontal submersible Pump set at rated voltage 415V, 3 Phase 50Hz AC suppy , discharge @ 210LPM at 75m head pipe size 65x50 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make - Kirloskar KOS 1575+ and equivalent make as specified in list of makes attached with tender.

Supply, fixing & testing Gunmetal Non Return Valve ISI Marked gun metal flange type with gasket, nuts bolts washers suitable for 80 mm bore GI pipe complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Suppy, fixing & testing Gunmetal Butterfly valve ISI marked Flange type suitable for 80mm bore GI pipe with rubber gaskets, nut and bolts, ISI marked conforming to relevant IS complete complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and lay GI tubes medium grade ISI marked galvanized with all fittings such as socket, nipple, union etc in trenches/fixed on wall/on roof etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge of the following sizes :- Note : Earthwork (if required) shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and fix of flanged type Gunmetal Sluice valve ISI marked hand wheel operated CI Body with SS spindle PN-1.6 rating,with nut bolts and washer of suitable size complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge of following sizes :-

Excavation in soft loose soil not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and n exc 1.5 mtr depth and getting out incl forming of bottom for laying cable/pipe all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Excavation in hard & dense soil not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and n exc 1.5 mtr depth and getting out incl forming of bottom for laying cable/pipe all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Returning filling soft & loose/hard & dense soil including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25 cms all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and laying of DWC (Double wall corrugated) HDPE pipe ISI Marked outer dia 90mm inner dia 76 mm polythylene with smooth internal and profiled extrenal surface for non pressure under ground cable including all connected accessories like socket, coupler, bends tees etc for protection of 120/50 Sqmm 3.5 core LT cable complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and laying submersible flat cable of 3 core 10sqmm PVC insulated and screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable (Heavy duty) LT UG cable with stranded aluminium conductor for 1100 volts grade of 10 sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for earthing complete with GI earth electrode of size 60cmx60cmx6mm buried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25 meter below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground surrounded from all sides by 15 CM thick and packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt filling in alternate layers cleaned connected to and including GI earth plate 32x6mm size upto 7.5 mtr by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made of galvanised iron and protected light grade 50 mm dia 5 mtr long GI pipe connected to main control board and GI pipe light grade 20 mm bore for watering and including funnel wire mesh, RCC pit cover 50 mm thick with 10 mm dia reinforcement 100mm c/c and PCC chamber pit with PCC 1:2:4 type C-2 (including excavation and earth work disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 meter) and testing after completion all as specified and shown on plate No 3 of SSR Part-I 2009 all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
