Material and labour for complete removal of existing surface and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint any colour over one coat of primer upto 12 mtr height in patches on fascias, chajjas and roof projection including 15mm plastering CM 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed and colored approved by Engineer-in-Charge. Material and labour or cutting and derooting of tree, shrubs on wall, ceiling, roof, adjacent to pipes, at corner etc upto three storey and rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:3 upto 5 Sqm and applying three coats of white wash or two coats of color wash over one coat of white wash to match the existing shade complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster from brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on fair faces of brick / concrete, chajja, facia, ceiling, roof projection, corner joints, cornices, wall in patches including necessary scaffolding upto three storey etc surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement including two coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick / concrete, surfaces in patches mixing with water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions (water proofing compound paid separately) including necessary scaffolding upto three storey etc surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement incluidng two coats of cement based paint over one coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers, under layer 12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 3 Kg of cement per square metre, top layer 15mm cement plaster 1:1 / 2:2 (1 cement : 1/2 corase sand : 2 stone chipping 10mm nominal size) in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing, the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chippings complete all as specified and as directed including taking down old plaster.

Demolition of concrete in ground floor not exceeding 15cm in thickness below or above ground level including floor finish such as tiles of any thickness and any description etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for 75mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in floor / plinth protection laid in suitable panels finished even and fair all as specified. 6mm joints should be filled with bitumen mastic filling comprising of one part of heated bitumen 85/25 or 80/100 gde and three part of sand (all by weight) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour rendering 20mm thick in CM 1:4 on concrete surfaces including two or more dubbing coat including necessary formwork and scaffolding surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement such as chajjas, upward fascias and similar items upto four storey building including two coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for applying two coats of cement based paints including preparation of new plastered surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour applying one coat of 1.00mm thick wall care putty on wall and finished smooth the surfaces complete all as specified and as directed. (upto height of three storeyed building).

Material and labour for applying two coats of weather proof paint exterior grade new surfaces including all scaffolding arrangement up to four storeyed building complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old wood and wood based surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 20mm thick in CM 1:4 on concrete surfaces (on roof slab) finished even and smooth without using extra cement, mixing liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed. Note: - Liquid water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

Cleaning and removing loose / dirt materials from the roof surfaces and applying bitumen primer @ 0.30 litre / Sqm, providing and laying 3mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 3.5 Kg / Sqm reinforced with non woven polyester mat weighing not less than 160 gm/sqm, having softening point not less than 800 N / Sq cm, tearing strength of 180N, with minimum of 10 cm side laps and 15 cm and laps, laying by application of torch and applying two coats of aluminium paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Note: - For Ser item No 1 to 13: - The rates quoted by contractor deemed to be including for necessary steel scaffolding upto 12 mtr high, wooden scaffolding will not be permitted.

NOTE NO 1: - Samples of materials as approved will be kept in GE's sample room. NOTE NO 2: - Warranty certificate to the Engineer-in-Charge where ever applicable shall be submitted by the Contractor at the time of fittings.
