S& F in repair single headed fire hydrant post / stand post 80 mm dia GI / MS both flanged type 1.5 m height complete with single headed control valve of 63 mm bore GM/ brass and cap including replacement of worn-out nut bolts, washers, packages, gaskets including necessary machinery works as cutting, threading, grinding, finishing etc complete all as directed and all as per existing specified and directed.

Ditto all as per item No 1.00 above, but double headed fire hydrant complete, all as specified and directed

S& F in repair double headed fire hydrant valve made out of brass / GM and 63mm bore, all as per IS-5290 type 'B' complete all as directed connected and testing, complete, all as specified & directed.

Ditto all as per item No 3.00 above, but single headed fire hydrant valve of 63mm bore and all as above.

S&F in repair MS pipe 100 mm dia heavy duty ( Class C) conforming to IS -1239 Part-I ( 2004 ) for pumping set suction line/ discharge water line including with necessary fittings ,cutting, threading, welding etc and replacement of wornout, MS nut, bolts, washers & sockets flange etc including complete painting with two coats of bituminous paint over a coat of zinc chrome primer, complete all as specified and directed

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil n.exc 1.5 mtr wide and n. exc. 1.5 mtr in depth for foundation / pipes / cables and getting out complete, as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning filling in soft / loose soil including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm, complete,all as specified & directed

Removing excavated surplus soil / material to a distance n. exc. 50 mtr away and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 mtr above the starting point, all as specified & directed.

Supply and fix in repair of MS Channel /Angle iron/MS flat/MS sheet including Nut bolts and washers etc all type of steel structure ,material of required size and shape including welding , cutting bending to the shape making holes, for valve pit cover, Pump & Motor foundation, clamp, stay assembly etc with locking arrangement with two coats of black synthetic enamelled paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair coupling with locking arrangement or internally threaded suitable for 63mm fire hydrants complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair check nut for spindle suitable for fire hydrant valve and all as per specified.

S&F in repair Hose box made of 18 gauge MS Sheet 800mm X 600mm X 250mm with double door with 4 mm thick glasses and door frame made of 16 gauge MS sheet painted fire red out side and brilliant white inside, suitable for having 02 Nos of 30 Mtr long, 63 mm bore hose pipes etc complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Hose pipe measured and paid separately.

S&F in repair of RRL hose Pipe, class ‘A’ confirming to IS 636, of 30 mtr long, 63mm dia with gun metal male/ female couplings including brass nozzle of suitable size complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair of Pressure guage of range 0-16 Kg/Cm2. Including necessary fitting all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing cast iron body sluice valve heavy duty class ‘PN-1.6’ of 150 mm bore, ISI marked with IS 14846, both flanged ends and drilled, high tensile stainless steel spindle, CI gate with brass ring, non rising type, cast iron wheel handle, cast iron cap, complete with 3mm thick neoprene rubber gasket joint and nuts, bolts (high tensile), washers etc, and testing, including dismantling & taking out old unserviceable CI sluice valve of 150 mm bore, complete all as specified & directed.

Supply & fixing cast iron body sluice valve heavy duty class ‘PN-1.6’ of 100 mm bore, ISI marked with IS 14846, both flanged ends and drilled, high tensile stainless steel spindle, CI gate with brass ring, non rising type, cast iron wheel handle, cast iron cap, complete with 3mm thick neoprene rubber gasket joint and nuts, bolts (high tensile), washers etc, and testing, including dismantling & taking out old unserviceable CI sluice valve of 150 mm bore, complete all as specified & directed.

Supply & fixing cast iron body sluice valve heavy duty class ‘PN-1.6’ of 80 mm bore, ISI marked with IS 14846, both flanged ends and drilled, high tensile stainless steel spindle, CI gate with brass ring, non rising type, cast iron wheel handle, cast iron cap, complete with 3mm thick neoprene rubber gasket joint and nuts, bolts (high tensile), washers etc, and testing, including dismantling & taking out old unserviceable CI sluice valve of 80 mm bore, complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling of pump sets of capacities 20 HP to 100 HP & motor from foundation and M & L for complete servicing/cleaning of motor and pump with Kerosene or by blower where necessary tightening of loose nuts and bolts, greasing, gland packing and tightening of all electrical connections complete and refixing the same location and testing complete all as specified and directed

M& L for general cleaning, check up & preventive maintenance, general servicing and B check services reprogramming of control command circuit and testing of 75 KW Diesel engine driven pump by authorised OEM complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :-

Note for Item No. 21.00

(i) The general checking and preventive maintenance will include diesel filter, oil filter, air filter, checking of oil level, earthing connections, timer, contactor , fan belt, exhaust, silencer, alternator, fuel injector, solenoid valve, water pump , mother board, governor card, electrical wiring, all type of sensors, alternator, battery charger etc.

(ii) Rate quoted by the contractor shall be deemed to include the cost of S&F in replacement of minor parts like nut, bolts, washers, lugs , apply oil and greasing.

(iii) Major materials required against this item for repair shall be measured and paid separately under relevent items as ' Supply Only '.

(iv) Labour required for replacement of an item shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted against this item only.

Supply and fix in repair air filter as per existing, suitable for Diesel engine pump of capacity 75 KW complete, all as directed

Supply and fix in repair Fan belt as per existing, suitable for Diesel engine pump of capacity 75 KW, complete, all as directed

Supply and fix in repair Base board, printed circuit board with micro controller as per existing for diesel engine pump auto panel, suitable for Diesel engine pump of capacity 75 KW, complete, all as directed

Supply and fix in repair SMPS ( Switch board power supply) type automatic battery charger of capacity 12 Volt 10 Amp as per existing for diesel engine pump auto panel, suitable for Diesel engine pump of capacity 75 KW, complete, all as directed

Supply and fix in repair 12 VDC type 10 A, 250 Volt, 2.5 VA, , DIN mounting, screw connectors, mixed contact relay compatible for hard-wired logic automated system to complement the functions of PLCs for diesel engine pump auto panel, suitable for Diesel engine pump of capacity 75 KW of Schneider RXZE2M114 or equivalent in L&T or C&S.

M&L for draining out old coolant supply and filling in replacement premixed coolant suitable for Diesel engine pump of capacity 75 Kw.

M&L for draining out old/ burnt Engine oil supply and filling in replacement engine oil (20 W 40) suitable for Diesel engine pump of capacity 75 KW all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for draining diesel from tank of 75 KW diesel Engine pump , cleaning of tank including one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade & indicating date of cleaning on tank and refilling drained diesel in tank, complete, all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair radiator of Diesel engine pump of capacity 75 KW as per existing make , complete , all directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out defective fuel injection pump of Diesel Engine driven pump of capacity 75 KW , transporting to authorized workshop and cleaning of injectors nozzles and overhauling complete including calibrating and re-fixing the same including testing & commissioning the DG set to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair V belt for radiator fan/ main shaft/ cam shaft for Diesel engine pump of capacity 75 KW all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for dismantling the self starter 12 Volts DC of Diesel Engine and transporting to workshop for carrying out overhauling by Replacing all unserveciable spares including pinion, Re-assembling and refixing the same to diesel engine pupp including testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for disconnecting suction/delivery lines and coupling, taking down from foundation base frame, opening including dismantling of pump set split casing type of capacity 171 m3/hr, 88 mtr head from Diesel engine driven pump of capacity 75 KW and replacement of worn out spare parts and re-assembling, to be installed in same location,commissioning & testing complete all as directed.

Notes for Item No. 37.00

(i) The spare parts required to be replaced shall be measured and paid for separately as "Supply only" under the relevant item here in after.

(ii) Unit rate shall be deemed to include for all minor spares/extras.

Supply only the following spare parts of pump set split casing type of capacity 171 m3/hr, 88 mtr head from Diesel engine driven pump of capacity 75 KW against serial item No. 37 here in before as per existing make .

Supply and fixing in repair Power Contactor 3 Pole LC1D 18 type complete, all as specified & directed.

Supply and fixing in repair Power Contactor 3 Pole LC1D 80 type complete,all as specified & directed.

De-watering the existing RCC water tank of 325 KL capacity and cleaning all internal surfaces of roof, walls & floor, remove scales, mud & other foreign material, scrubbing with water using jute/ bushes and washing the surface with mixture of bleaching powder & fresh water finally washing the surface with fresh water and treating all internal surfaces with Two coats of white wash complete and writing capacity of Reservoir, date of cleaning, due date of next cleaning in thick synthetic enamel black paint on outer surface of Reservoir in capital letters of height 25 cm as per existing pattern complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
