01. Upgradation of kadambaravazhikai mela veli road km 0/0 to 0/750 in Azhiyur Panchayat in Nagapattinam Block

Clearing the Scrub jungle including all labour charges for burryingng and burning etc.,Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes ,scrubs,saplings and trees of girths upto 300mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlie and disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable materials to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150mm thickness as per technical specification clause 201. etc. comp.

Earth work excavation and depositing on bank within initial lead and lift in hard gravelly soil for Cutting sidedrain etc, complete. as per SS20 A

Construction of Granular Sub base by providing well graded material (25 mm to 4.75 mm IRC HBG metal @ 65 %,4.75 to 2.36mm IRC HBG metal @20%&2.36 mm below IRC HBG metal @15%)& (the material passing 425 microns sieve shall have liquid limit and plasticity index not more than 25 & 6% repectively) spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with rotovator at OMC and compacting with three wheel 80-100 KN capacity and finished in accordance with the requirements of the specification and thickness as per approved plans or as directed by the Engineer (Mix -in - place method) GSB Gr III

Providing and laying 75mm compacted thick WBM Grade II using 1 cum of 75mm to 22.4mm IRC HBG metal and 0.24 cum of Gravel for blindage for 10 Sqm. of 75mm compacted thick (the blindage material shall have PI value less than 6%) including cost and conveyance of all materials from approved quarry to work site and stacking to departmental gauge for pre-measurement as directed by the departmental officers including labour for spreading metal and gravel hand packing to camber and grade lines blinding with required quantity of gravel, forming edge bunds, watering with all leads for good water slurrying, rolling and consolidation by power roller and finishing as per MOST 404 (III revision) including hire and fuel charges for power roller and water sprinkler and all other tools and plants employed therefor and all incidental charges etc., complete for BOTTOM LAYER

Providing and laying Tack coat over WMM surface(treated with primer) using 2.5Kg of bitumen emulsion RS-1 for 10sqm for preparatory to another bituminous construction over it including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc.,

Providing and laying of prime coat using Emulsion at the rate of 7 Kg per ten square meter over the WMM surface preparatory to another bituminous construction over it.

BITUMINOUS CONCRETE 30MM THICK USING cmp (Grade-II) Providing and laying Bituminious concrete to 25mm thick using 0.13cum of 19.00-9.50mm. 0.17cum of 9.5-2.36 and below with 50.3kgs of VG30/VG40 heating the bitumen and aggregates to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity, carrying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 40mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8-10 tonnes vibratory/phenumatic roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site etc.including hire charges and fuel charges foe 20-30t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks,paver finisher/9m paver finisher,vibratory/phenumatic roller and all other tools and plants required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clauses 507 of MORTH Part-5

Providing Gravel soling on side berms of the road using good quality of US Gravel including cost and conveyance of all materials and including all labour charges etc., complete
