Cost of repairing/replacement of any faulty spare parts including Loop Card, Battery Charger, any control PCB, alpha-numeric LCD Display card, Surge Protection Arrangement along with procurement of Licensed Software for soft addressing or reseting the system as and when necessary as directed by EIC.
Note: The maintenance work shall comply with latest requirements of -- 1. National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) Standards. 2. IS 2189 3. NFPA 70 National Electric Code. 4. NFPA 72 National Fire Alarm Code. 5. local Statutory Regulations. 6. Manufacturer Recommendation The system shall be tested and commissioned by a qualified competent, trained engineer or technician authorized by the manufacturer of the fire alarm equipment to technically supervise and participate during all of the adjustments and tests for the system. Before energizing the cables and wires, check for correct connections and test for short circuits, ground faults, continuity, and insulation and other tests as per above standards must be done The Agency must procure the materials from the Manufacturer / OEM or from their authorized. Sales channel so that the standard warranty / support of the Manufacturer / OEM becomes applicable to the products to be replaced, delivered and installed by them. Documents that authenticates such procurement from the Manufacturer / OEM or from their authorized sales channel and standard warranty / support should be sent from the e-mail of the Manufacturer / OEM / authorized sales channel to the e-mail of Engineer-in-Charge and hard copy of it to be submitted along with the bill.
Rates are incluisive of all taxes, cess & man power needed as per terms and condition of tender notice SL.No-3 in (B) General Terms & Conditions.
Bidder have to ensure payment to work person current minimum rate of wages of Jt. Labour Commissioner, Govt. of W.B.
