Historian software with tags similar to SCADA software Note for Consideration for CWMC- SCADA: The scope of work shall include integration of existing data,Screen dumps from WTP,WPS,reservoirs shall be replicated by the CSC contractor and realtime data integrated in the system.Based on the data,(from Flowmeter in the distribution network,pressure monitoring equipment,the SCADA software shall be able to analyze the water consumption , forecast the water demand and leak detection in the transmission and distribution network.

Interior design works to the approval of the Engineer,presentation room facilities,Glass partitions,fire rated glass partitions for server room and control room area,false ceiling,flooring , Logo stickers etc.. as per requirements and to the approval of the Engineer. Approximate area- 4500Sq Ft

SITC OF Field Instrumentation & Automation at Various Location in Water Transmisison and Distribution Network

Mains powered Datalogger with wireless communication network,inclusive of Sim card to transmit the data (flow & pressure )in real time from the water distribution network to the CWMC.On a minimum 4 times data transfer per day to be considered,which shall be configurable from the CWMC for sequential data polling or on demand from CWMC.The entire system shall be housed in a lockable IP-65 rated enclosure. with Required cabling,conduiting,other required accessories for interfacing and integration with existing equipment

Battery powered Datalogger with wireless communication network,inclusive of Sim card to transmit the data ( pressure )in real time from the water distribution network to the CWMC.The Data logger shall be equipped with battery pack with battery life of minimum 5 years( 4 times data transfer per day to be considered).The entire system shall be housed in a lockable IP-65 rated enclosure. with Required cabling,conduiting,other required accessories for interfacing and integration with existing equipment

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commission of Pressure Transmitter(0-16 Bar) (at inlet & outlet of each DMA in the water distribution network) with integration with datalogger transmission unit for real time data transfer for subsequent data transmission to CWMC-Centralized SCADA center.

Pressure Transmitter(0-16 Bar) with integration with datalogger transmission unit for real time data transfer for subsequent data transmission to CWMC-Centralized SCADA center.To be installed in the water transmission network

Associated required minor civil work for installation of panel

Actuated Valve Monitoring & Control in water transmission network:

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commission of RTU with wireless communication module,Sim card along the transmission main to monitor and operate the actuated valves in the water transmission network with all required accesories,cabling,conduitls,cable trays ,etc .The entire system shall consist of required lockable IP-65 rated enclosure to house the RTU,wireless communication modules.The enclosure shall be equipped with limit switch contact for door(on opening of the same,the signal shall be initiated as door Open/Close)with wireless communication to centralized SCADA center.Solar Power panels shall be mounted on top of panel for providing backup power to RTU and wireless communication equipment. The Panel shall be equipped with Rotating beacon light to indicate any fault in the instrument.The RTU shall be integrated with the CWMC-Centralized SCADA center in real time and the actuated valve shall be operated to Open/Close the valve based on requirment and Pressure events(High/Low).

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commission of Solar power panel for powering all instrument (pressure),RTU equipment & wireless communication devices,with required pole mast for mounting the solar panel and all required accesscories ,cabling,conduits,etc

Required power cabling,conduiting,other required accessories from nearest power source to power the RTU(Consider minimum 25 mtrs of length)

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commission of 16"color touch HMI Panel with SCADA runtime licenses installed along with RTU at Reservoirs locations to monitor & control status (Open/Close) of the Valves of the transmision network.Note: Based on site conditions,the valves shall be controlled either by CWMC or the Reservoirs locations.

IP-65 rated panel enclosure to house the HMI panel(mounted in front of panel),Water quality equipment,etc.Panel to be equipped with buzzer to alert operators on any Alarm condition in the transmisison network.

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commission of On-line Real Time Water Quality Multi Parameters Instrument for measuring Residual Chlorine, pH, TDS, Turbidity ( as a singlemultiple parameter unit) all the parameters at individual ground level reservoirs mounted in IP-65 rated enclosure.Inclusive of required piping for sampling of the testing media.Data communication to Centralized SCADA center.

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commission of 3 KVA UPS with battery backup of 60 Mins on Full Load-UPS with AC Distribution Board.

SITC OF On-line Real Time Water Quality Multi Parameters Instrument In Water Distribution Network at strategic location's (Key Water Contamination areas/Inlet to DMA ) & data Transmission to CWMC-Centralized SCADA Center

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commission of On-line Real Time Water Quality Multi Parameters Instrument for measuring Residual Chlorine, pH, TDS, Turbidity ( as a single multiple parameter unit) at various locations,Inclusive of required piping for sampling of the testing media.Data communication to Centralized SCADA center.

Comprehensive Operation & Maintenance for a period of Five Years(5)

Comprehensive operation & maintenance of the CWMC-Centralized SCADA center along with all equipment installed under this contract package for a period of Five years,along with required manpower(3 Shifts) to run the centralized SCADA center,maintain all remote sites ,security staff(3 shifts-8 Hour each) for control center,data transmission cost from remote sites to central SCADA center ,leased line costs,internet cost-Operation & Maintenance of complete supplied system including regular Licensed software & hardware updates,Cyber security , maintenance of control center & associated hardware,operation of control center 24 x 7 wireless communication costs,maintenance of all electrical equipment installed under this contract,control center consumables, insurance,other supporting systems components, Precision Air conditioning systems, manpower engagement on 24x7 basis etc.Addition of New & existing facilities during the O&M period.

1st Year of Comprehensive O&M (Including defect Liability period) Includes the cost of Training of end user personnel for operating & managing the control center for a period of 30 days during the 1st month of 1st year O&M
