Demolishing cement concrete (1:3:6 or richer mix) path manually/by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Earth work in excavation by manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5M in width as well as 10Sqm on plan) including dressing of sides ramming of bottoms lift up to 1.5M including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed.

Supplying and laying of stone soling hand packed tightly including ramming, watering.

Providing and laying in position of cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand:4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) Crushed including curing but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement- All works from plinth level upto required floor level complete all inclusive.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level TMT bar of grade Fe-500D or more.

Demolishing Brick masonry manually/by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for: a) Foundations, footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete walls any thickness.

P/F of 12mm thick cement sand plaster in 1:6 mix

Brick work with common burnt clay FPS bricks of class designation 7.5 in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement: 6 course sand) in superstructure above plinth upto required floor level complete all inclusive.incl Extra for brick work with common burnt clay bricks/cement concrete bricks in superstructure above plinth level upto floor five level

Painting wood work with deluxe multi surface paint of required shade. Two or more coats applied @ 0.90litre/10sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.75litre/10sqm of approved brand and manufacture

Finishing with Deluxe multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using primer as per manufacturers’ specifications: 13.57.1 Two or more coats applied @ 1.25 liter/10sqm over and including one coat of special primer applied @ 0.75liter /10sqm

Making plinth protection 50mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) over 75mm bed of dry brick ballast 40mm nominal size well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand including finishing the top smooth and curing complete

Carriage of sand aggregates Sand and Agg, by MT for an avg. lead of 20 Kms

P/F of Sign Board and Taking of photographs of size 125mm x200mm pre- execution, during execution and post completion. (7 No’s of each)
