Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully UNSV main switch and DB's including MCBs of of any size make, type and capacity and depositing at site complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down UNSV sub main wiring of any size make, type and capacity and depositing at site complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Point wiring complete with PVC insulated , FRLS, unsheathed 1100 V grade conforming to IS-694 1.5 Sq mm (nominal area) mult-stranded cable with copper conductor (Make: Anchor/ Havells/ Plaza/ Polycab/ Finolex) drawn through and including heavy grade non metallic rigid PVC casing caping with accessories of suitable size (ISI marked) and accessories (Make: Precision, Prestoplast, Pressfit, Finolex) fixed to walls/ floors/ ceilings / roofs etc. with sunken type pressed steel/ welded MS terminal boxes (ISI marked) factory made out of 16 gauge, MS sheet with hold fasts, 3mm thick laminated sheet top cover for mounting of fittings switches, socket outlets, regulators etc. fixed flush with wall including provision of PVC insulated FRLS, unsheathed 1100 Volts grade, 1.50 Sqmm multistranded copper earth continuity conductor and connecting to common earth dolly and carrying out IR test for each circuit including making good the disturbed surface by cement mortar 1:3 and matching/ finishing surfaces by distemper/ colour wash as per existing colour surface over plaster of peris/ putti complete all as specified and as directed for the following:- (a) One light point / Fan point ,Bell point controlled by one, one-way switch

Material and Labour for submain wiring with two runs of single core PVC insulated FRLS, unshethed, 1100 Volts grade, multistranded copper conductor cable of size 4 sqmm drawn through and including heavy grade PVC casing caping of suitable size, fixed to walls/floors/ceiling and surfaces on truss by means of saddles and clips etc including all conduit acessories/ fittings/junction box/ inspection covers etc of heavy grade, ISI marked with one run of 4 Sqmm PVC insulated FRLS, unshethed multistranded copper conductor cable as a continuous earth wire complete all as specified and directed. Note: (a) Two runs of 4 Sqmm single core copper cables and One run of earth conductor cable of 4Sqmm with casing capping/conduit will be measured and paid as one unit length.
