Repair, renovation and fabrication of existing MS main gate, including dismantling of damaged, rusted, bent and deteriorated members; cutting, removal and replacement with new MS angle, flat, square/rectangular hollow sections, plates, stiffeners and other required MS sections; straightening and strengthening of existing gate frame and shutters; fabrication and welding of new members; replacement/provision of heavy-duty MS hinges, brackets, stoppers, tower bolts, latch and locking arrangement; repair of sagging portions and correction of alignment; grinding and finishing of welded joints; strengthening of weak portions and supports; drilling, fitting and anchoring wherever required; complete cleaning, adjustment and testing to ensure smooth opening, closing and proper locking of the gate, including all materials, labour, welding electrodes, cutting, grinding, fasteners, transportation and incidental works, complete in all respects as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Complete painting of existing MS main gate and shed structure, including scraping and removal of existing loose/flaking paint, rust, dirt, dust, grease and other foreign matter; thorough wire brushing and surface preparation of gate shutters, frames, columns, trusses, purlins, bracings, supports, hinges and other exposed MS members; cleaning and drying of surfaces; application of one coat of approved anti-corrosive red oxide metal primer over properly prepared MS surfaces, followed by two coats of approved synthetic enamel paint of specified shade, uniformly applied with brush/roller/spray; including painting of edges, corners, joints, welds and newly repaired/fabricated portions, necessary scaffolding/ladders, masking, protection of adjacent surfaces, labour, materials, thinner, brushes and complete cleaning after completion, all complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
