Earthwork excavating and depositing on bank with initial lead of 10m and initial lift of 2m in sand, silt or other loose soil, wet sand or silt not under water, light black cotton soil, sandy loam and ordinary soil including excavated earth etc. complete as directed by the departmental Officers.
Earthwork excavation for foundation in all kinds of soils and sub soils and depositing on bank with an initial lead of 10m and initial lift of 2m except hard rock requiring blasting to full depth as may be directed inclusive of shoring, strutting, baling out water wherever necessary and refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth as per standard specifications etc. complete as directed by the departmental Officers.
Supplying and Filling with M-Sand of each layer not more than 15 cm thick including consolidation etc. complete as directed by the Engineer incharge of works as per technical specifications.
Providing and Laying Sand gravel mix 30:70 to the required thickness including cost and conveyance of sand and gravel to the worksite and stacking them to the standard departmental meter guage for pre measurement mixing the required quantity of sand and gravel. Supplying and erection of steel centering for sides and soffits Without Strutting up to 3 m height for plain surface with all cross bracings using MS sheets of sizes 90x60 cm and B. G. 10 stiffened with welded MS angles of size 25x25x3mm for boarding laid over country wood joists of size 10x6.5 cm spaced 90 cm C/C and supported by casurina props 10 to 13 cm dia (spaced at 75 cm C/C) complying with standard specification, etc. complete as directed by the departmental Officers.

Supplying and fabricating and placing in position of mild steel or ribbed Tor steel grills with Anticorrosive Epoxy coating treatment for all RCC works including cost of steel binding wire decoiling, bar bending mild steel or ribbed tor steel with all leads and lifts etc., complete as directed by departmental officers.

Fabricating, supplying and erection of Screw Gearing SS Shutters of Size 3000mm x 1000mm consist skin plate made out of 10mm thick SS316GR plate and Horizontally stiffened with 150X75mm RSJ SS316GR at an interval not more than 0.5m and vertical stiffened made out of 150x10mm flat SS316 GR at interval not more then 0.6m and end vertical job made up of 150x10 SS316GR flat 2nos on both side provided with 125mm dia SS316GR rollers 2nos on both side with 32mm dia gun metal bushes and 25mm dia roller pin for smooth operation the shutter left with 12mm plat on both side to the side of 0.25x0.3mm plate SS316gr of required size on top side fastened with rust free bolt and nuts etc., providing leakage arrest plate arrangement made with 10mm plate at both end for required height the bottom seal made up of 65x10mm rubber seal covered with 50x10 mm SS316gr flat fattened with required rust free bolt and nut conveying flabbergasted by using lorry’s including loading and unloading and leading the shutters to the vent erecting the new shutter and the shuttering arrangement and for shutter groove angle made up of 8mm plate folded to 150x200x150 mm shape SS channels for 2800mm including welding hold fast of size 50x50x6mm angle 5nos on both side and sill beam 150x75mm RSJ of mild steel length 2.80m and top of stainless steel sill flat 75x8mm SS316gr. 50x50x6mm angle wielded with U/S side to fix 75x8mm rubber beading conveying and leading the groove angle to the vent fixing the groove angle in proper alignment 80mm dia rod SS316 gr to a length of 3100mm stainless steel duly machined and fully threaded to suit warm and pinion cast-iron headset assemble provided with required holes conveying and leading the Scrow rod to the work site, Fixing the Scrow rod to the shutter lifting arrangement with required bolt and nuts in proper alignment to the headset top beam made out of 200x100mm(ISMB200) rsj of mild steel duly drilled to suit the headset assembly bed bolt made out of 25mm mild steel round duly threaded with suitable anchorage arrangement to a height of 0.9m necessary fish plat made out mild steel plat of size 0.23x.0.30m 2nos required holes conveying and leading the top beam arrangement top of vent to correct position . The rate including cost of materials, consumables, labours, power charges, conveyance charges, charges for all equipment’s required conveying the materials to the site, cost of petty civil works, trial operation of shutter and without GST etc., complete.
Providing new 3T capacity worm gear box assembly consist of cast iron top and bottom plates. Worm nut made up of pig iron, worm shaft made up of EN8 steel rod and two numbers of thrust bearings. The top and bottom plates machined to suit the worm nut and shaft. The worm nut threaded inside to suit the 80mm dia screw rod and the outer side formed with helical teath cutting to suit the worm shaft. The worm shaft machined to the required shape and size and provided with helical teeth to suit with the worm nut. The assembly fixed with two numbers of thrust bearing one on top and another on bottom of the worm nut and fastened with required bolt and nuts. The operating key made with 80mm square rod shaping with wire cutting machine and welded with operatiog handle made up of 32mm dia steel rod for required length. The gear box is to be rest on the top of MS stand made up of 75X75X8mm MS angle and the top covered with 16mm thick MS plate and the stand fixed on the 150X75mm MS channel fixed over top of the beams in platform in proper alignment and position etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers. Painting the hoisting arrangements with two coat of aluminium oxide paint over two coat of zinc rich primer The rate including cost of worm gear. Cost of all materials required, labour charges, process charges like gas cutting, welding, machining, milling, labour charges for dismantling, loading, lifting, unloading, transport, erection, charges for equipment's like derrick, chain pulley block, conveyance charges of to and fro of equipment's and labours to the site including cost of trial operation of the Shutter, and without GST etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers and warranty for 5years etc., complete.
Inverted filter with ISS grade stone jelly 12mm, 20mm, 25mm, 40mm and 50mm size for inverted filter etc., including cost of rough stone/ borken stone, conveyance, labour charges etc., completed and as directed by the departmental officers.
supply and filling of gravel between the CC Block including stacking charges and labour charges etc. complete as directed by the departmental Officers.
Rough stone dry packing for revetment and apron using new hard granite stones obtained from approved sources including the cost of new wedges for filling the caps etc., complete as per technical specification and as directed by the departmental officer.
Dewatering the river water using one number of 7.5 HP pumpset including hire charges, by operating personal including shifting the pumpset wherever necessary etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.
