Water Bound Macadam Sub-base/base WBM Grading-III Providing, laying, spreading and compacting of 22.4-53 mm stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen VG-10 using pressure distributor at the rate of 0.35 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

20mm thick Open-Graded Premix Carpet using Bituminous (penetration grade/modified bitumen) Binder Providing laying and rolling of open greded premix carpet of 20 mm thick compacted composed of 13.2mm and 11.2mm aggregate using bitumen VG-10 @ 1.46 Kg. per sqm to required line, grade & level to serve as wearing coat on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable mixall plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80/100 kN static roller capacity finished to required level and grade including all material, labour, T&P hire & fuel charges of mixall and roller etc. (As per MORD Databook clause 5.90 (508)

Seal Coat Providing laying seal coat type C with 6.7 mm stone chippings @ 0.009 cum per sqm precoated with Bitumen VG-10 @ 0.65 Kg. /sqm in a suitable mixall plant and rolling with a three wheel 80/100 kN static roller to seal the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall as per technical specification Clause and also including all material, labour, T&P hire & fuel charges of mixall and roller etc. (as per MORD data book clause 5.12 (510)
