Supply and Installation of Oil Filter element: The job includes replacement of engine oil filter including removal of existing filter, supply and installtion of new oil filter element, cleaning of filter housing leak testing. Supply and filling of engine oil of grade 15W40: The job includes draining of used engine lubricating oil, supplying and filling of fresh engine oil, 20 litres of grade 15W40 as per OEM recommendation, checking oil level and pressure, inspection for leaks. Supply and Installation of Fuel Filter and Fuel Strainer: The job includes replacement of Fuel Filter and Fuel strainer by way of removal of existing fuel filter elements, cleaning of filter housing, supplying and installing of new filter elements, priming and bleeding of fuel system. Supply and Installation of new air filter elements:The job includes Replacements of primary (outer) and Secondary (inner/safety) air filter elements of 125 KVA leypower DG set including dismantling of air cleaner assembly, cleaning of housing, Supply and installation of new filter elements and reassembly. Supply and filling of Coolant:- The job includes draining of existing water/coolant from the complete engine cooling system (including radiator, engine block, expansion tank) flushing of coolant circuit with clean water to remove rust, scale, sludge and other containments accumulated within the system. Further the job includes inspection of radiator, hoses, clamps, expansion tank and cooling system fittings for leakage or any damage, the same is to be rectified. The scope of job also includes supply and filling of coolant/antifreeze (pink) 20 L as per OEM recommendation and air bleeding of the cooling system is to be performed to eliminate trapped air pockets ensuring proper coolant circulation.The job includes cost on account of grease, dhoti cloth, labour, tools, testing and other consumables items.
