Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillers etc complete all as specified and directed.

Brick work with sub-class `B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 M mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 2 above but except brick

M & L for providing plain cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4, (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate), as in copings, bed block for embedding hold fasts, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles & throating as directed including necessary form work as required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type B-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channel and drain finishing the exposed surface of concrete to fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in ground floor and paving complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete louvers and jalleis type B0 1:2:4 (12.5 graded aggregate) 25mm thick(measured solid) including all moulding but excluding framework set in cement mortar 1:4 (precast frame shall be measured separately and paid for) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster any description on any walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc

M & L Rendering 12-15mm thick in Ready Mix Mortar on concrete surfaces or brick wall surface and finished even and smooth as a whole or in patch work per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over one coat of alkali resistand primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & for preparation of old plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over one coat of alkali resistand primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coat of weather proof exterior acrylic emulsion paint of any shade using spray gun/roller brushes to entire surface to bring uniform surface including 1mm wall care putty and necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling post or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground.

Taking out old unserviceable barbed wire fancing including making bunddles & removing , any type complete all as specified and directed

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 m and making good surface complete all as specified and directed.

S&F angle iron posts or struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new or old undecorated steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint including a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only chain link MS galvanised fencing of size 75 x 75 x 3 mm as per sample approved by GE complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc including provision of binding wire all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F for mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the tother, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n exc 5cm long Diameter of shank in 11 to 15 mm all as directed and specified.

S&F galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia with 2mm barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc complete all as specified and directed. (each line wire to be measured)

M&L Concertina coil 1050mm dia, 56 loop, 2.5mm core wire heavy galvanished (wire-275 GSM & strip-200 GSM), tensile strengthof wire 1400-1500 N/Sqmm, wight 14.63 Kg/coil, stretchable length 12M including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples ot steel pins etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of rolled mild steel framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces etc complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering doors etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fitting and also fastening conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for round bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, binding spirally for hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming to Fe 410-W as in fencing support complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete type D-2 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded stone graded stone aggregate) as in sub base for tiling, foundation filling etc. ccomplete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine pressed colour glossy finished chequered cement concrete tiles of 300x300x25 mm thick set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with gray cement and pigment including 15 mm thick screed bedding layer in cm 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

M&L for machine pressed colour glossy finished precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 grade with grey cement & pigment complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for light shed or printed matte Finish Heavy duty vitrified extrior/parking tiles 10-12mm (square/rectangular), area of each tile n. exc 0.18 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces complete all as specified and directed.
