M&L for 100mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 by using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base of flooring/ hard standing, path including finishing the surface fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 by using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base of flooring/ hard standing, path including finishing the surface fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles, size of 25cm x 25cm x 20 mm thick, with grey cement and pigments, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry as in floors/ path etc over and including screed bed or bedding layer of 15mm thick in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Machine pressed rubber moulded precast conctete interlocking paver confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade, with grey cement and pigments, tint glossy finish over and including sand cushioning of 25 mm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L colourered parking endura tiles, size of 30 cm x 30 cm x 10 mm thick, with grey cement and pigments, set, jointed and pointed in white cement and pigment match to colour of stone slab and including screed bed or bedding layer of 20 mm thick in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 25 mm thick jodhpur stone slab path/ flooring (size of stone slab not less than 120 cm x 30 cm), jointed with grey cement and pigments, set, jointed and pointed in white cement and pigment match to colour and including screed bed or bedding layer of 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of precast cement concrete block as in kerb of footpath, complete all as specified and as directed

M&L precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in kerb ( solid block 15 cm thick, 30 cm length and 45 cm depth made to shape with plain fair faces, including charmfers, weathering, throating etc and settingin cement motar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparation of new concrete surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (ordinary tint) over and including a coat of primer of plaster surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section, including taking out embedded portion from concrete, brick work, masonry, etc. and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only mild steel sections like angle, flat etc in post and struts in fencing including cutting top to shape as directed,drilling holes,notching for wire etc if required ;flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc including all necessary drilling,bolting or riviting etc confirming to Fe-290Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- posts obtained from dismantling vide Sl item No.12 will be re- used.

S&F mild steel sections like angle, flat etc in post and struts in fencing including cutting top to shape as directed,drilling holes,notching for wire etc;flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc including all necessary drilling,bolting or riviting etc confirming to Fe-290Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of old unserviceable steel barbed wire fencing of any description complete all as specified and as directed. Note: - Each line wire to be measured.

S&F galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note : - Each line wire to be measured.

Dismantling of unserviceable chain link fencing/ wire mesh, any type and any size complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only chain link MS galvanised fencing, any size or type (size as approved by GE) complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires,any mesh,size and type to any type of standards,rails, straining bolts, etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in post holes or similar holes each not n exc 0.50 cu.m,getting out any type of soil,returning,fillig in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm layers watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtrs and making good complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 by using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Surface excavation not exceeding 30cm and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate cast in situ in lintels up to 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings up to 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water through, below and above ground level for suporting bases (Foundation of chainlink fencing) and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including use of form work (straigth or curved) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Mild steel round or square bars,in available length Fe-290(Gde-165) for fixing of chain link fencing complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Mild steel square bars for window / steel gate guard bars fixed indepedently welded to gates etc and similar complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt exc 5cm but n. exc 10cm long and dia 5 to 10 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparation of new or previously untreated steel surface of any description, not exc 10 cm width or girth,when unconnected with other painting or when painted in a different tint and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (ordinary tint) over a coat of red- oxide, zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of precast cement concrete block masonary built in cement motar

Precast cement concrete solid block masonry of 1:3:6 type C-1 by using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate exceeding 10cm width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Rendering 10mm thick on PCC block / concrete surface of walls in CM 1:4, finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 by using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in drain & surface channel including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for RCC pipe, 200 mm internal dia , class NP2, including laying pipes level or laid in trenches, etc. on concrete bed or directly on hard ground as indicated and making joints and testing as specified. etc complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of stone/brick masonary wall built in cement motar including all quoins arches pillars etc.

M&L random rubble stone masonary, uncoursed ,well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:6 except stone complete all as specified and as directed . Note : Stone obtained from demolition under item No 35 will be reused.

All as per Item no. 36 here-in-above, but except stone

Extra over stone walling of granite or trap for hammer dressing to face stones with maximum depression on face from a straight edge not exceeding 20mm and dressing face beds and joints as specified to random rubble walling, uncoursed or brought up to courses complete all as specified and as directed.

Rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on stone masonry wall surfaces or surfaces other than fair faces of brick work or one side of lathing and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

Extra for forming fair finished draining or channel in cement concrete using extra cement including form, mould, mitred stoped ends etc.
