SEQUENTIAL DISMANTLING OF THE DIFFERENT COMPONENTS(VIZ. WHEELS,AXELS, GEAR,PINION ETC) OF THE 10 TO 12.5 MT CAPACITY HOT CRANE PART BY PART AND LOWERINGDOWN THE SAME IN THE WORKING FLOOR WITH ALL SAFETY ARRANGEMENT FOR THROUGH CHECKING PROPORLY AND COMPLETE IN ALLRESPECT AS PER DIRECTION OF EIC

SEQUENTIAL DISMANTLING OF THE LOAD CHAIN, HAND CHAIN,WITH PROPER CARE AND CAUTION AND LOWERING DOWN THE SAME AT THE WORKING FLOOR FOR DETECTING ANY FAULT AND THOROUGH CHECKING OF EACH LINK OF LOAD CHAIN ETC COMPLETE IN ALL RESPECT AS PER DIRECTION OF EIC.

WASHING AND CLEANING ALL THE DISMANTLED COMPONENTS BY PROVIDING REQUIRED CLEANING REAGENTS (VIZ KEROSENE OIL /DIESEL ETC) AS PER REQUIREMENT AND DO NEEDFUL FOR SERVICING AND OVERHAULING AND COMPLETE IN ALLRESPECT AND AS PER DIRECTION OF EIC.

SEQUENTIAL LIFTING OF THE DE-ASSEMBLED COMPONENTS (VIZ WHEELS,AXELS,GEAR,PINION ETC) AND DO NEEDFUL TO REASSEMBLE THE SAME WITH FITTING AND FIXING OF THE SAME AND COMPLETE IN ALL RESPECT AS PER DIRECTION OF EIC

LIFTING,FITING & FIXING THE LOAD CHAIN, HAND CHAIN AND COMPLETE IN ALL RESPECT AS PER DIRECTION OF EIC.

SEQUENTIAL SERVICING & OVERHAULING OF THE CRAB-TROLLY ASSEMBLY AND ITS CROSS TRAVEL AUGNMENT WITH PROPER CARE & CAUTION IN ALL RESPECT AS PER DIRECTION OF EIC

CHECKING, SERVICING & OVERHAULING OF THE BRAKE-ASSEMBLY AND ITS RATCHET LOCKING ARRANGEMENT OF THE 10 TO 12.5 MT HOT CRANE AND COMPLETE IN ALL RESPECT AS PER DIRECTION OF EIC

CHECKING, CLEANING AND OVERHAULING OF THE CRANE RAIL,GRANTRY GIRDER ETC WITH LONG TRAVEL ARRANGEMENT AND COMPLETE IN ALL RESPECT AS PER DIRECTION OF EIC.

ARRANGEMENT TO REPLACE THE HAND CHAINS AS IS BEING USED TO OPERATE THE LOAD CHAIN OF THE 10 TO 12.5 MT CAPACITY HOT CRANE AND COMPLETE IN ALL RESPECT AS PER DIRECTION.

ARRANGEMENT TO REPLACE THE HAND CHAINS AS IS BEING USED TO MAKE THE LONG TRAVEL & CROSS TRAVEL OF THE 10 TO 12.5 MT CAPACITY HOT CRANE AND COMPLETE IN ALL RESPECT AS PER DIRECTION.

REPAIRING & OVERHAULING OF THE TROLLEY FITTED WITH THE MAIN CRANE GRIDER OF HOLDING THE 5.0 MT CAPACITY CHAIN PULLY BLOCK WITH REPLACEMENT OF DAMAGED PARTS AND COMPLETE IN ALL RESPECT AS PER DIRECTION OF EIC BY PROVIDING ALL REQUIRED ACCESSORIES TOOLS & TACKLES ETC.

REPAIRING & OVERHAULING & LOAD TESTING OF THE 5.0 MT CAPACITY CHAIN PULLY BLOCK & ITS TROLLEY WITH REPLACEMENT OF DAMAGED PARTS AND COMPLETE IN ALL RESPECT AS PER DIRECTION OF EIC BY PROVIDING ALL REQUIREDACCESSORIES,TOOLS & TACKLES ETC

PAINTING THE CRANE, GIRDER TROLLY AND ALL OTHER STEEL STRUCTURE AFTER SCRAPPING AND REMOVING OLD PAINTS WITH TWO COATS OF YELLOW SYNTHETIC PAINT ALL COMPLETE AS PER DIRECTION OF EIC

BUILDING WORKS ( C ) Brickworks,Concrete Works etc 10?. Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:1.5:3) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes.(i) Pakur Variety

MATERIALS AND LABOUR 1. Building (B) Labour Rates Per Diem : 17)Fitter Mechanic. Note: (I)The above rates of labour are exclusive of 10% contractors profit and 1% Labour welfare cess which would be admissible to the Contractors, but contractual percentage will not be applicable. (II) The workersemployed on high rise building or any structure over 30 ft in height and also workers engaged in Tunnel shall be paid 20% extra wages.

BUILDING WORKS (F) STRUCTURAL STEEL WORKS, GRILLS, GATES ETC. A. ORIGINAL WORKS 1. M.S. structural works in columns, beams etc. with simple rolled structural members (e.g. joists, angle, channel sections conforming to IS: 226, IS: 808 & SP (6)- 1964 connected to one another with bracket, gussets, cleats as per design, direction of Engineer-incharge complete including cutting to requisite shape and length,fabrication with necessary bolting, metal arc welding conforming to IS: 816- 1969 & IS: 1995 using electrodes of approved make and brand conforming to IS:814- 2004, haulage, hoisting and erection all complete. The rate includes the cost of rolled steel section, consumables such as electrodes, gas and hire charge of all tools and plants and labour required for the work including all incidental chages such as electricity charges, labour insurance charges etc. Payment to be made on the basis of calculated weight of structural members only in finished work as per IS specified weight. Payment for gusset, bracket, cleat, rivets, bolts and nuts may be make by adding the actual weight of such items with the weight of finished structural members or 7% of weight for finished structural members weighing not less than 22.5 Kg. / m. or 15 % of weight for finished structal members weighing less than 22.5 Kg. / m. may be increased allow for bracket, cleat, rivet, bolts and nuts etc. and no seperate payment being made for these items, as per direction of Engineer In Charge. The rates are considered for a height of erection 8m. / 2nd floor level from the ground. Add 1.5% extra over the rate for each additional floor or 4m. beyond initiial 8m. or part thereof. I) For structural members of specified sections weighing less than 22.5 Kg./m
