Supply and installation of silent Diesel Engine driven generating ser 160 KVA, 415 volts, 3 phase 4 wire, with multifunctional panel having overload / short circuit/low oil / engine overspeed / water / oil emp indicator and alarm system and AMF panel with onload auto changeover of load, engine and altenator as per IS complete with relay panel and switch gears for automatic starting on main failure, control panel having meter and sound proof canopy as per CPCB norms and including foundation work as specified by OEM and Engineer in Charge etc. (a) (i) Radiator with fan (ii) Fly wheel (iii) Fly wheel housing complete with starter gear ring and coupling as per manufactures design (iv) Air cleaner (v) By pass filter (vi) Coolant inhibitor

Material & Labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge with of plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to 32x6mm GI strip as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of copper all as shwon in electrical plate No.3 in SSR part 1 (2010 edition) connected to earthing test point, including 20mm GI pipe (Medium grade) for watering and 40mm GI pipe (Medium grade) for protection of earth strip and ect, including testing on completion, PCC chambers in PCC 1:3:6 type C1, RCC M25 type cover slab 50mm thick with 8mm dia TMT HCR/CRS steel bars at 140mm C/C both way and lifting handle GI funnel & wiremesh, funnel, lugs and charcoa, salt etc all as applicable complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge Note :The rates quoted is inclusive of 32x6mm GI strip earth conductir upto a length of 7.5m from the earth pit.

Material and Labour for earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit / pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing with 32x6mm galvanished iron strip

Supply and laying of XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, heavy duty electric power cables with multi stranded aluminium conductor of cross sectional area 185 sqmm 3.5 core, 1100 volts grade, including testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed. Excavation in trenches in hard dense soil not exceeding 1.50 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth for laying UG cables, GI pipes etc... complete all as specified as directed

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick, in any type of soil, without damaging cables/pipes/fittings & fixtures complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay burnt bricks of old size 230mm x115mm x 75mm, sub class 'B' Designation 75 as in cable protection all as specified and as directed.

Supply and spread fine river sand in trenches for cable cushioning on top and bottom of cable as specified.for cable protection complete all as specified and directed. Note: a) Only punned thickness of river sand shall be measured. b) Riddled earth with low thermal resistivity, conforming to IS-1255, shall however be used after obtaining the approval of GE.

Cutting the road hard standing for laying pipes cables in trenches and making good with PCC 1:2:4 type B1 complete and painting with black paint if necessary to match with existing bituminuous road colour complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge

Supply and Fix load change over switch with sheet steel enclosure four pole 250 amps 415 volts with all incoming and outgoing connection with cable lugs, washers, nutbolts and accessories complete all as specified and as directed Make : L & T Cat No.. CO32500OSOO / Simens / English elect

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.50 cum getting out solft / disintegrated rock returining filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and making good surface

Material and Labour for cement concrete type D-2 1:4:8 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundations filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and Fix roof trusses (framed), trussed, purins, post, crane grantries, rails and fasterings and heavy duty bracket framing (beam, tee, angle, channel or flat section) including distance pieces cleats etc complete all as specified and directly by Engineer-in-Chare

Supply and Fix plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notches (ordinary and counter sunk) forming hels, without any attachment of Fe 410W (Gde-E-250) quality 'A'complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and Fix prepainted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.5mm thick of and colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof coverings / claddings to wall fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Material and Labour for prepatation of new or previously untrated steel surface of any description, not otherwise described over 10cm width o girth by applying two coats of synthetic enamal paint over a coat of red oxide complete all specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

Surface dressing not exceeding 15cm deep in soft/loose soil

Material and Labour for 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in subbase of floor

Material for PCC 50mm thick type B1, 1:2:4 using 40mm graded stone aggregate finished surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

supply and fix new GI pipe light grade of size 10mm dia for protection of UG cables on walls/under floors/road crossings/in trenches etc... complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge complete. Make : Tata/Jindal/Zenith/Swastik/Prakash/BST/Surya as approved by AGE (I).
