Demolishing stone rubble masonry manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge : In lime mortar

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. All kinds of soil.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) upto plinth level with : 7.1.1 Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Providing and laying damp-proof course 50mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand(zone- III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in superstructure above level, including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (cement : 6 course sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) at window sills, ceiling level and the like. 7.2.1 cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand).

Fixing in position of MS railing/grill in line and alignment including levelling, supporting, welding and civil work complete as per the requirements at site.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 4.1.2 1:1½:3 (1 Cement: 1½ coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required.In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : 13.62.1 Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture

Uprooting of trees and removal of vegetation growth from the wall, roof Inside the area of Khairul Mosque and Sher Shah Gate inner mounument wall by engaging bankati, bhisty, bandhani and helper with the help of jhula and command including supply of material and required T& P for the execution of work. After removal the vegetation spray tree killer medition (Roundup Glyphosate ) as per the Direction of higher authorities etc complete.

Removal of collected malwa from monument to outside of Municipal limit by tractor trolley / truck etc. and manual labour including stacking of serviceable material stone in a suitable places for reuse etc. complete.

Provision for fabrication supply and installation of the office cabin/ portable office container of size 8'x 8'x 8'8", using required size of ismc and MB square pipe, outside panelling, flooring, door and windows as required including fan light switches and any other type of fixtures and installation required including all the transportation charges labour and installation cost complete
