STEEL WORK Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, Built-up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow Hot finished welded type tubes etc.) trusses, plates, channels and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position, erection, installation of base plate with anchor bolts and applying a priming coat of approved red oxide steel primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint (final thickness with primer to be minimum 120 micron) including fasteners all complete as per technical specification-V & the direction of Engineer-In charge.

ROOFING & SHEETING WORK

STEEL SHEET FOR FLASHINGS AND OTHER ACCESSORIES Supply and installation of factory manufactured Colour coated sheets, PPGL/Zincalume steel-AZ150 (min. coating of 150 gms/sq.mt total on both sides), G550 Grade, with Super durable Polyester paint coat as per AS/NZS 2728 Class 3 of Steel make with feed material manufactured from 0.45 mm Base Metal thickness, 0.50 mm total Coated Thickness. The coated steel shall be factory painted and oven baked. Flashings, Gutter, downpipes, ridge cap etc. with necessary supporting elements. Make : Tata BlueScope, Lloyd Insulations,JSW. Class III GI Self drilling (SDST) screws with GI washers and EPDM/Neoprene seal shall be used for Fixing of Flashings & other accessories and cost of the same shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates, complete in all aspects as per section V and directions of engineer in charge. CORRUGATED COLOUR COATED ZINCALUME/ PPGL STEEL SHEET FOR ROOFING Supply & Installation of factory manufactured colour coated Profile sheet of supply width 1072-1220 mm and effective cover width of 1000-1020 mm and nominal 28-30mm mm deep ribs in four-five pans at nominal 200-255 mm centre-to-centre. The end rib shall be installed to avoid any seepage of water through the lateral overlap. The feed material is manufactured out of 0.45 mm Base Metal thickness and 0.50 mm total Coated Thickness, metallic hot dip coated with Aluminium-Zinc alloy (55% Aluminium, 43.5% Zinc. 1.5 % silicon) as per AS 1397/IS 15961, PPGL/Zincalume AZ150 (Min. coating of 150 gms/sq.mt total on both sides) having super durable polyester/XRW with inorganic pigment quality paint coat as per AS/NZS 2728 type 3-4 / IS 15965. . Material Test Certificate shall be submitted. Roof sheet will have brand marking giving product details over it, confirming genuinely of the same. Rate includes backing and fixing the roof sheet with 4mm thick insulation sheet, complete in all aspects as per section V and directions of engineer in charge. Providing and fixing 2 mm thick UV stabilised translucent Polycarbonate sheet skylight panels including fixing in position with bead mastic tape of approved quality with adjoining sheets to avoid any leakage all complete as per technical specification-V & the direction of Engineer-In charge.

Providing and fixing Turbo air Ventilators having 24 inch neck diameter with aluminium blades and base plate matching the sheet profile all complete as per technical specification-V & the direction of Engineer-In charge.

PVC FLOORING Supply and Placement of PVC Vinyl Flooring 1.5 mm Thick as per attached specifications and with all consumables like adhesive etc. complete as required all complete as per technical specification-V & the direction of Engineer-In charge.

ELECTRICAL WORKS

Exhaust fan, Heavy duty. Aluminium pressure die cast motor shell with fins. 600 mm sweep, 900 rpm, 490 watt, 2.24 amp, 10520 m3/hr free air flow, 60-65 db noise level single phase. To be provided with louver shutter compatible with dimensions of heavy duty exhaust fan and associated electrical cabling up to distribution box and double earthing as per technical specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and installation of 4 nos. 100W LED high bay and 4 nos. LED flood light (IP66, lumen 115LM/W) including wiring with 1.5mm (copper), 3 core cable (approx. 200m), 25mm PVC/GI conduit/batten, switches and its accessories, 6 way TPN DB double door panel in-built with accessories like (12nos. MCB, 1 nos. 63A RCCB, 2 nos. 4 pole 32A isolator, 3nos. RYB indicator, 2 nos. 3 phase industrial PVC socket) with double earthing, complete in all aspects as per section V and directions of engineer in charge.

Supply & Installation of M20, Steel galvanized, Hammer drilled Anchor Bolts for foundation base plate with 254 mm embedment with annular gaps filled with Filling set or any suitable gap solutions.complete in all aspects as per section V and directions of engineer in charge
