M&L for sand cushioning to under ground cables 8 cm thick before laying the cable and 15 cm thick after laying, stretching and testing the cable complete all aas specified and as directed.Note : Punned thickness of sand will be measured.

Material and Labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregrate for foundation filling as mass concrete including necessary form work complete all as specified.

Material and Labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregrate for coping of poles and foundation of stay complete all as specified.

Dismantling and taking down old UNSV concrete pole/Strut any size and removal from site. Distance within 50 mtr for side or reuse complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for prestressed cement concrete pole 9 mtr long, 102 mm x 172 mm at top and 102 mm x 279 mm at bottom class-10 complete, erected truly in vertical position and painting the poles with synthetic enamel paint upto 1.5 mtr from the coping above the ground level with alternate layer of 30 cm width with black and yellow paint complete all as specified and directed .

Material and labour for erection of steel tubular swaged pole 9mtr long with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws as specified type 410 SP 31, including painting with anti corrosive paint internally complete and externally up to planting depth, alternative green & white strips of 30 cm height upto 1.5 mtr above ground level all as required at site or directed .

Taking down carefully aluminium conductor of any size from OH Lines (running on 9/11 poles) after unbinding from insulators for replacement of multijointed / undersize conductors complete all as specified and as directed.

Restringing and restretching aluminium conductor retrieved under respective item of BOQ including necessary binding with insulators using aluminium binding wire, connections of incoming and out going cables complete all as specified and directed.

M&L ACSR conductor of any size drawn straight horizontal on over head lines on poles including binding with insulators using aluminium binding wire, jointing jumpers etc including connections of incoming and out going cables complete all as specified and directed.

Restretching aluminium conductor or GI wire on existing over head lines (running on 9/11 Mtrs pole) without removing including unbinding from insulator and rebinding to insulator using aluminium binding wire , connections of incoming and out going cables, binding with spacers where required, complete all as specified. (Note ;- For measurement length of each conductor shall be taken seperately.)

Dismantling cross-arms of M.S. channel or angle sections etc. complete and setting aside for re-use complete all as specified and directed .

Fixing only cross arm with cross arm supports/ angle iron induct frame etc incl nut, bolt, washer, welding, bending, hot or cold drilling holes for insulators bolts in any size or shape complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling and taking old/UNSV stay assembly including Stay wire and insulator complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for stay assy complete with MS stay plate of size 300x300x6mm thick, stay rod 20 mm dia, stay bow, nuts, bolts and check nuts of GI all as shown in electrical plate No 01 of SSR 2009 Part-I complete all as specified and as directed. ( Excavation, PCC, stay wire and loop type insulators will be measured separately).

M&L for repair and replacement of galvanized stay strand of size 7/4 mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement of loop type insulator large size with overall dimensions (90 x140) mm with clearance of hole 25.5 mm vitreous white brown or green complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling insulators of any type, any size all as directed.

Fixing of Serviceable shackle type insulator retrieved against srl item No 25 above of 100mm high, 115mm dia porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulators for working pressure 1100 volts complete all as specified, required at site or directed.

Fixing of Serviceable pin type insulator retrieved against srl item No 25 above of Pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 150 mm height, 150 mm dia for 1100 volts grade complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for shackle type insulators of 100 mm high, 115 mm dia porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulators for working pressure 1100 volts complete all as specified, required at site or directed.

M&L for Pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 150 mm height, 150 mm dia for 1100 volts grade. Make : BHEL/ Jaipuria/ Rashtriya.

M&L for Disc type insulator, porcelain, vitreous 145 mm high and 255 mm dia ball and socket type, white, brown or green single disc assembly for tension with tension clamps for conductors, working pressure 1100 volts. Make : BHEL/ Jaipuria/ Rashtriya.

Taking out from trenches or wall/ pole or pipe cable LT 1100 volts grade heavy duty , armoured with steel strip of wire , with stranded aluminium conductor of any size upto 35 Sqmm, any core , for rectification of faults or replacement. Seggregating serviceable cable and unserviceable length by meggering or any other suitable and recommended method. Removing unserviceable from site and keeping aside serviceable for reuse at same location or any other location complete all as rquired at site or directed. (Earth work will be measured and paid separately under respective item of BOQ).

Material and labour for in replacement of GI tubing light grade 50mm bore with fittings laid for protection of cable under road crossing fixed to walls or pole complete all as specified and as directed.(clamps for fixing pipe, nuts, bolts washers shall be measured separately).

Supply, installatioin, testing and commissoning 3 phase and neutral, 415 bolts outdoor type, factory made free standing floor mounting, dust and vermin proof cubical type LT panel fabricated from 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet with anit corrosive coating and finally epoxy polyester powder coating of flint Grey shade (RAL-7032) fully compartmentalized design (IP-55PROTECTION) with 4 Nos of bushbars made of aluminum suitable for 600 Amp duly drilled holes for connections pre wired with suitable size of aluminum strip having colour coading sleeve with suitable alu earth strips conforming to IS cable entry boxes, cable gland LT penal shall mounted on iron angle frame size 50 x50x 6mm frame with 4 legs not less than 45 cm fixed with nut bolts of suitable size grouted by using foundation 1:2:4 c-1 with 20mm gradwd stone aggregates totally tested as per IEC 61439 suitable and all as specified with supply and fixing the following :- (a) Incoming :- (i) MCCB 250 Amp 4 pole microprocessr based release withrupture capacity 36 KA digital display with rotary handle - 01 No (ii) Three indicating lamps ( LED Base) for 3 phases. (iii) Bushbar chamber having insulated aluminum bushbar suitable for each phase and neutral. (iv) Chamber of suitable size of incoming cable (v) Change over switch 250 amps 4 pole on load type 415 volts - 1 no, (b)Outgoing :- (i) MCCB 100 Amp 4 pole ultimate breaking capacity 36 KA conforming to IS : 13947-2 complete all as specified - 03 No (ii) MCCB 63 Amp 4 pole ultimate breaking capacity 25 KA conforming to IS : 13947-2 complete all as specified - 02No iii) Blank space for MCCB any capacity 4 pole complete all as specified - 01No.

Trimming up of tree branches upto 3 mtr all around HT/LT overhead lines, removing cut branches from site as directed, Note :- (i) The overhead lines will be kept clear from all trees by trimming of tree branches with 3 mtr all around the line. Necessary permission will be obtained from department by contractor one day prior to trimming in particular area and shut down of that area will be arranged by department.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60×60cm.× 6mm thick, buried directly in ground vertically earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less'than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.0mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel and GI pipe light grade 20mm dia bore for watering funnel with wire mesh and protection pipe 15mm bore of GI pipe light grade from earth plate to test point, refilling with vegitable soil without bolders and stones , gravels and aggregate etc , and CI cover with frame PCC chamber pit with PCC 1:3:6 type C2 exavation and earth work all as shown in electical plate no 03 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion Notes: (i) The earth pit shall be refilled by boulders free vegetable soil. (ii) Earth lead and protection pipe length upto and including 7.5 mtr is deemed included in unit rate quoted by the contractor.

M&L for earthing with steel earth plate electrode of size 60x60cmx6mm thick buried directly in ground to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr deep below normal ground level connected to galvanized iron strip of size 32x6mm as earthing lead by means of nuts, bolts and washers of steel after welding of GI strip to earth electrode to the full lenght of earth plate,40mm dia GI tubing light grade protection pipe upto test point, 20mm dia GI watering pipe with funnel and wire mesh, PCC pit 1:3:6 with pit cover of size 30X30cm made of RCC 1:3:6 with suitable handle,angle iron frame made of angle iron of size 40x40x4mm, adequate qty of charcoal dust and salt layers all around the earth plate and filling of vegetable soil to the remaining 10%,removal of surplus soil and returning filling in all as required at site including test point made out of steel plate of size 75x75x6mm fixed to wall all as specified in plate No 3 of SSR Part-I and directed by Engr-In-Charge. Notes: (i) The earth pit shall be refilled by boulders free vegetable soil. (ii) Earth strip and protection pipe length upto and including 7.5 mtr is deemed included in unit rate quoted by the contractor.

Supply and fix aluminum strip 25x3.15mm as roof conductor or down conductor or along the pole/pipe complete with saddles/ insulators made out of porcelain or fibere and fixing screws all as required at site or directed.

Supply & fix GI strip 32x6mm,complete with saddles/ insulators made out of porcelain or fibere and buried in ground or fixed to wall etc for loop earthing complete all as specified and as directed.
