Procurement of APH Main Drive Gear box for 700MW

The intending bidder should have supplied Gear boxes for Air preheaters of Boiler capacity 500MW & above to any power producers/Major Industry. As a proof, purchase order of value Rs. 94 Lakh or above in a single order in preceding five financial years (2021-22, 2022-2023, 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26). As a proof bidder shall upload the original scanned PO copy.

The intending bidder should be OEM/OES Authorised Manufacturer/ Authorized dealer/ Channel partner of Lufkin Industries, Inc. Lufkin, Texas / supplier of APH main drive gear box/ Mills planetary gearbox / Coal handling system gear box to 500MW & above TPS/ Major industry in India, shall do declare(Annexure-II) and supply as per our technical specification.

The intending bidder in his name should have achieved an annual financial turnover of Rs.380 Lakh for any two years during the last five years. As a proof, the bidder shall upload among previous five years. The bidder shall furnish a copy of financial certificates such as audited balance sheet and P&L statements (for any two years among previous five years ie.,(2021-22,2022-23,2023-24,2024-25,2025-26) duly certified by a chartered Accountant to establish annual turnover requirement stipulated above.

Bidder shall have GST registrations & shall furnish copy of certificate as a documentary proof.

The declaration duly signed in the prescribed format (Annexure - II) has to be enclosed.
