Replacement of all the existing electrical cables of office complex of Executive Engineer with new PVC Insulated cables of 1mm, 1.5 mm & 2.5mm including installation of distribution board, main switch and separate circuit breakers for three room, replacement of existing electrical switches & sockets with new switches and sockets of 5 Amp & 15 Amp capacity, dismantling of all the hanging cables in front the building and laying them properly by way of P/F of hooks, conduit pipe whereas required for aesthetic look. Job includes cost of PVC Insulated cables, electrical switches, sockets, PVC insulation tapes, other allied material required for successful execution of job labour and taxes.

Cleaning of all window panes of complex with the help of thinner and dhoti cloth by employing labour. The job includes material cost, labour cost and taxes.

Cleaning of rooftop and jungle around Office complex of Executive Engineer, QC&P Division, Jammu by way of engaging manual labour to clean the debris on roof, clearing the surface by scrapping with wire brush, cutting of unwanted trees grown on rooftop & around the building and disposal of the same at suitable place by two labour for 05 days.

Shifting of water tank of 2000 ltr capacity after removal of all the GI pipes connections with it in order to properly execute the roof repairs. After the roof repair is completed the water tank has to be place on a raised platform made out of 75mm angle frames with two number members of 75mm angles. The size of frame should be 1.52m x 1.52m x 0.3m. The job also includes refitting of all the connections with the water tank. Complete job along with material, carriage and labour.

Repair to roof by laying PCC 3”. Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness)including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses,string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchors blocks, plain window sills, fillets etc upto floor V level, including curing, shuttering and finishing with 1:2:4 (1 Cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).
