Clearing the Scrub jungle including all labour charges for burryingng and burning etc.,Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes ,scrubs,saplings and trees of girths upto 300mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlie and disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable materials to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150mm thickness as per technical specification clause 201. etc. complete.

Earth work excavation in all classes of soils except hard rock requiring blasting depositing on bank with initial lead of 10M and lift of 2M including all labour charges and incidental charges such as shoring, strutting, providing coffer dams, bailing out of water as per 20A.

Picking the existing B.T surface and sectioning upto 50 mm - 100 mm thick including all labour charges including all labour charges etc,. complete.

Providing and laying spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in machanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers 250mm thick with pavers in SubBase/Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including cost of material,labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete.

Providing and applying Prime coat over WMM surface using 7 Kg of bitumen emulsion SS-1 for 10sqm preparatory to another bituminous construction over it including cost of material, labour charges and all other incidental charges etc., .

Providing and applying Tack coat over WMM surface (treated with primer) using 2.5Kg of bitumen emulsion RS-1 for 10sqm for preparatory to another bituminous construction over it including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc.,

BITUMINOUS MACADAM 50 MM COMPACTED THICKNESS - Providing and laying Bituminious MACADAM to 50mm thick using 0.20cum of 26.50 - 13.20mm metal, 0.43cum of 13.20-2.36mm metal, 0.08cum of 2.36mm metal below with 37.00kgs of VG30/VG40 heating the bitumen and aggregates to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity, carrying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 50mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8-10 tonnes vibratory/phenumatic roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site etc.including hire charges and fuel charges foe 20-30t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks,paver finisher/9m paver finisher,vibratory/phenumatic roller and all other tools and plants required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clauses 507 of MORTH Part-5

BITUMINOUS CONCRETE 25 MM THICK (Grade-II) Using VG30 Bitumen and Plastic Waste - Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete to 25mm thick using 0.13 cum of 19.00- 9.50mm, 0.17 cum of 9.50-2.36mm and 0.26 cum of 2.36 and below with 47.28kgs of VG30 bitumen and 3.02Kgs of Waste Plastic for premixing per 10sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 40mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8-10 tonne Vibratory to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30 t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, Paver Finisher, Vibratory roller and all other tools and plant required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clause 507 of MORTH Rev-5

Collection and Supply of Soling U.S.gravel from approved quarry including cost and conveyance to worksite to standard departmental gauge for taking pre-measurement and all other labour charges for spreading complete with standard specifications etc., complete

Retro-Reflectorised Traflic Signs (with definition board) Type IV - Providing and erecting of Retro-Reflectorised Cautionary, Mandatory and Informatory signs (with definition board) made out of High Intensity Prismatic Grade Sheeting confirming to Type-IV standards of IRC-67: 2012 and ASTMD 4956-09, specification and fixed over 2mm thick Aluminium sheet fixed over a back supporting frame of 25mmx25mmx3mm Mild Steel angle and supported on a mild steel angle post 75X75X6mm with a clear height of not less than 2. lOm from the ground level to the bottom of the sign board and 0.60m below ground level. The sign post should be painted as per IRC 67-2012 and firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrète 45cmX45cmX60cm size including cost and conveyance of all materials, equipment, Machinery and labour with all leads and lifts, loading charges necessary for satisfactory completion of the work as directed by the engineer in charge. High intensity Retro - Reflectro sheet shall consist of minimum coefficient of Retro-reflection as per Table 6.6 of IRC 67-2012. The retro - reflective sheeting shall be covered under 7 year warranty issued for field performance and a certified copy of three years outdoor exposure report shall be obtained as per IRC 67:2012 (as per MORT&H Specification No.801)

60 cm Equilateral triangle Cautionary signboard (pedestrial crossing, Major Road ahead , Speed Breaker ahead , School Zone , Side road left and right , X-junction ahead , Curve ahead)

Providing and laying of hot applied Thermoplastic compound 2.5mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sq.m area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface apllied glass beads as per IRC : 35. The finished surface to be level , uniform and free from streaks and holes etc complete as per MORT &H specification No.803.

Supplying and fixing Hecta Metre stones including painting and lettering as directed by the departmental officers etc., complete.

Providing and fixing of MGSMT Retro Reflective Name board as per as per section1700 of MORD specifications and in compliance with IRC 67-2022 specifications (Para 6.5.2). Two ACP (Aluminum Composite Panel) sheets of 4 mm thick, of 900 mm x 800mm size fixed at top & 900mm x 750mm fixed at bottom duly riveted to existing flange/MS Sheet space given in the existing structure, MGSMT logo, letters and numerals on the ACP should be made up of Retro Reflective sheeting of Type IV grade Class B standard of IRC 67- 2022. Message on the retro reflective sheeting including the QR code shall be digitally printed on approved latex printing platform and over laminted by suitable for Ultraviolet resistance electro-cut table film as a protective over laminate sheet. The design, painting and lettering shall be done as per the MGSMT Signage Guidelines and the retrofeflective sheeting shall be covered under 7 years warranty issued for field performance (as per MORT&H specification No. 801) and as directed by Engineer-In-charge.

Part.2. Strengthening of Yakappa Nagar Main road in Kathirinatham Panchayat Km 0/0-1/627.

Earth work excavation in all classes of soils except hard rock requiring blasting depositing on bank with initial lead of 10M and lift of 2M including all labour charges and incidental charges such as shoring, strutting, providing coffer dams, bailing out of water as per 20A.

Picking the existing B.T surface and sectioning upto 50 mm - 100 mm thick including all labour charges including all labour charges etc,. complete.

Construction of subgrade for 300mm depth by using picked material obtained from the existing surface by mechanical means and then adding 50% of defict materials by using stone dust obtained from quarry with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.2 with lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 303.1.(Subgrade using stone dust to improve CBR 7 to 9))

KM 1/065-1/627 Widening

Construction of Granular Sub base by providing well graded material (25 mm to 4.75 mm IRC HBG metal @ 65 %,4.75 to 2.36mm IRC HBG metal @20%&2.36 mm below IRC HBG metal @15%)& (the material passing 425 microns sieve shall have liquid limit and plasticity index not more than 25 & 6% repectively) spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with rotovator at OMC and compacting with three wheel 80-100 KN capacity and finished in accordance with the requirements of the specification and thickness as per approved plans or as directed by the Engineer (Mix -in - place method).
