Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for laying of cable etc. and for foundation of poles, stays etc. n exc 10 sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 in depth and getting out complete all as specified.

Description all as per Serial item No 1 above but Add to item 1 for each additional 1.5m or part thereof in depth beyond the first 1.5 mtr complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling with earth obtained from excavation including spreading, watering & consolidation in layers not exceeding 15 cms thick, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply errecting & fixing in true vertical position pre stressed concrete pole conforming to IS-1678 of 9 mtr long,102 mm x 172 mm at top and 102 mm x 279 mm at bottom,class 10 complete as specified & directed (Note : Earth work & PCC shall be measured and paid separately)

Material & labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate . in mass concrete and filling complete for foundation of pad of pole all as specified & directed.

Material & labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate . in mass concrete and filling complete for foundation of Panel & Transformer yeard, pole/stay/ of pole all as specified & directed by Enge-in- Charge

Material & labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in coping for replacement of new pole and breaking old existing coping and like including weather slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throaty and necessary form work complete for pole ,all as specified and directed .

Material & labour for GI HT Stay assembly set comprising of 20 mm dia 400 mm iron stay bow, 2150 mm long stay rod 16mm dia stay plate 300 x 300 x 8 mm thick, GI stay wire 7/8 SWG of required length and loop insulator complete with all aceessories as shown in electric plate no 1 of MES scheledule Part I complete. Note :- Earth work, PCC,stay clamps, stay wire will be measured separately.

Material & labour for GI LT Stay assembly set comprising of 16 mm dia stay GS rod with overall length of 1800 mm and finished bow anchor should have overall length 995 mm and plate size 200 x 200 x 6 mm thick, GI stay wire 7/12 SWG of required length and loop insulator complete with all aceessories as shown in electric plate no 1 of MES scheledule Part I complete. Note :- Earth work, PCC, stay wire and clamp will be measured separately.

Material & labour for galvanized stay stranded wire of size 7/4 mm and fixing to stay assembly complete all as shown in electrical plate No 1 of SSR-2009 (Part-I) complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour in replacement of Cross Arms bracings supports, clamps, eye hook and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including pole clamps stay clamps, D clamps nuts, bolts , washers,welding, bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed.

Note:-1.This item quoted rate not include testing and adjusting the following relay including checking and rectifying the tripping circuit complete.

M & L for cleaning, testing and adjusting the following relay including checking and rectifying the tripping circuit complete, Calibration of relay for 11 KV VCB incoming/ Outgoing panel. Isolating 11 KV HT over head supply from the substation, 2pole /4 pole structure and earth the complete system properly, disconnecting complete electric system of the transformer from HT and LT side including earthing strips, removing transformer and taking out from substation , 2pole /4 pole structure and transporting to authorized service centre/ work shop for repair and back to the installation after repair including installing , commissioning & testing of the following capacity upto 63 KVA. Note : Labour Charges for rewinding of coil and fitting of formed coil.

Isolating 11 KV HT over head supply from the substation, 2pole /4 pole structure and earth the complete system properly, disconnecting complete electric system of the transformer from HT and LT side including earthing strips, removing transformer and taking out from substation , 2pole /4 pole structure and transporting to authorized service centre/ work shop for repair and back to the installation after repair including installing , commissioning & testing of the following capacity 100 KVA to 200 KVA. Note : Labour Charges for rewinding of coil and fitting of formed coil.

Draining out the complete transformer oil and keeping in safe custody in clean and dry containers for reuse. Opening the top cover of the transformer ,disconnecting and taking out complete core assy and dismantling it for checking the serviceability of the coil winding, checking the condition of the body, cleaning the tank and remove sludge/dirt, cleaning the coils limbs, re-fixing of core, core assy , tap changer assembly ,HT/LT Rewinding and connection , terminal studs of HT/LT sides and reassembling of transformer after repairs, refitting the transformer coil including improvement of Insulation Resistance value within desired level by heating or any other method to required level complete all as directed to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge:- (a) Upto 63 KVA NOTE:- The quoted rates include labour charges for replacing Spares/ parts as required which shall be measured and paid separately as supply only in relevant items .

Material & labour for cleaning sprinkled transformer oil and all other foreign materials from external surface of transformer of capacity up to 63 KVA and preparing the surface to receive paint, and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, including writing SM No/MES No with paint on black base complete all as directed and specified.

M & L in repair for connection of LT cable of sizes 70 sqmm 3.5 core with aluminium thimbles for LT side of transformer and panel and disconnection carefully of electric supply as required.

M & L in repair for connection of LT cable of sizes 95 sqmm 3.5 core with aluminium thimbles for LT side of transformer and panel and disconnection carefully of electric supply as required.

M & L in repair for connection of LT cable of sizes 120 sqmm 3.5 core with aluminium thimbles for LT side of transformer and panel and disconnection carefully of electric supply as required.

Material & labour for dehydration and filtration of transformer oil of existing transformer of cap up to 200 KVA , 11/0.433 KV to obtain dielectric strength more than 40 KV at 2.5 mm gap including, testing complete all as specified and directed. Note - Contractor has to bring Centrifusing machine at site for dehydration.

Supply and fixing in replacement silica gel Crystals complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of oil level indicator complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying or fixing or passing through pipe,1100 volts grade heavy duty cable with PVC insulated aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape,overall PVC sheathed 6 sqmm 2 core nominal cross section complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for replacement of silica gel breather filled with silica gel complete for transformer of capacity of 1 MVA.

Taking down existing overhead LT cable of size 95 sqmm 3.5 core and relaying under ground in earth only including making necessary connection with suitable lugs complete all as specified and directed.(Note:- All earth work i.e excavation, return filling, sand filling and bricks etc wiil be measured and paid seperately in respective items.

Taking down existing cable of 33/11 KV HT cable and relaying after testing of cable under ground in earth only including making necessary connection with suitable lugs complete all as specified and directed.(Note:- All earth work i.e excavation, return filling, sand filling and bricks etc wiil be measured and paid seperately in respective items.

Isolating 33 KV HT over head supply from the 33/11KV power trnsformer mounted on platform and earth the complete system properly, disconnecting all complete electric connection of the transformer from both HT side including earthing strips, opening of transformer head and replacing cork sheet/gasket for stopping oil leakage from bushing/body including refixing all the accessories and making good to the entire satisfaction of EIC completeall as specified and directed.Note The rate of hydra crane are included in the quoted rate.

Isolating 11 KV HT over head supply from the substation, 2pole /4 pole structure and earth the complete system properly, disconnecting complete electric system of the transformer from HT and LT side including earthing strips, removing transformer and taking out from substation , 2pole /4 pole structure and transporting to another place For the purpose of Balancing of load on tranformer at various area and after shifting making all connections complete as existing including re installing & testing of the tranformer. Note The rate of hydra crane are included in the quoted rate.

Suplying and laying of gravels of size 25 mm to 40 mm for all electrical sub station, transformer and panel plateform and making even surface complete all as specified and directed.

Isolating 11 KV HT over head supply from the distribution transformer (100/63 KVA) mounted on plateform and earth the complete system properly, disconnecting all complete electric connection of the transformer from both HT/LT side including earthing strips, opening of transformer head or opening of oil tank resovior and replacing cork sheet/gasket for stopping oil leakage from bushing/body including refluxing all the accessories and making good to the entire satisfaction of EIC complete all as specified and directed note the rate of hyfra crane are included in the quote rate.
