Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for 50mm thick (minimum) cement concrete M-20 (nominal mix) using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate mixed with integral water proofing power as per manufacturers instructions with proper slope towards spouts on bottom surface in sunken portion complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for 15 mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with integral water proofing powder as per manufactures instructions on vertical side of sunken portion complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for applying two coats of industrial bitumen 85/25 @ 1.50 Kg/Sqm over a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.30 Kg/sqm all over on bottom & vertical sides of the sunken portion. Note :- sunken portion shall be tested for water tightness by ponding water for 72 hours, the defect of leakage seepage if any shall be rectified till elimination complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Polythene film, black, 50 micron laid in floors complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for PCC 1:5:10 type E-2 using brick koba aggregate for filled up the sunken portion complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F 50mm dia GI light grade pipe for spout complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0 by using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate of 25mm thick in floor complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for machine cut Kota stone 20 to 25 mm thick over 15 mm thick 1:6 cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete up to desired finish complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding and removing debries off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for glazed coloured ceramic tiles (450mmx350mm) x 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over and including 10 mm thick cement back coat in cement mortar (1: 4) as on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados, etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Non Skid coloured ceramic tiles 8mm thick (rectangular /square) of area 0.06 sqm to not exceeding 0.11 sqm set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) as in floors complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Non Skid coloured ceramic tiles 8mm thick (rectangular /square) of area 0.11 sqm to not exceeding 0.18 sqm set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) as in floors complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L Vetrified ceremic dark colour tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 Sqm in floors over 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) etc set and jointing in neat cement slullry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar incl all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radious built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
